How to use

Your experience will begin promptly upon your arrival. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your reservation so you have time to check-in
Make sure your flight waiver is filled out when you check in
Show smartphone voucher at the entrance
Participants must weigh less than 300 lbs (136kg)
Women who are pregnant should not fly
Folks with recent back, neck and heart problems should check with a doctor
Flyers must be 3 years of age or older.
**What to wear**: You will wear your flight suit over your clothes. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. Wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. If you have long hair, braid it or keep it in a low bun
**Cancellation policy**: Please note that cancellation requires 2 days' notice
Please note: If you have any concerns or questions about whether or not you can fly, contact your local iFLY (+1 303-768-9000). Everyone who flies must complete a Flight Waiver, which contains further details
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
