Located at Fairmont Singapore, the 133-seater Italian restaurant in Singapore launched in 1986 and is one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Singapore. Prego offers authentic Italian food amidst a casual, elegant setting. From handcrafted pastas and wood-fired pizzas to Sicilian antipasti and premium grilled meats, Prego promises a casually elegant setting for friends and loved ones to come together over good food and drinks. With a name literally translating as "welcome" Prego exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Marrying sleek modern interiors with distinct Italian accents, Prego has a neutral palette of emerald green, white and natural wood furnishings contrasted with colourful mosaic tiles. Hints of Italy's distinctive piazzas are introduced with rustic red brick walls, cultured stone table top and intimate booth seating, while rattan chairs set in neutral hues channel breezy Italian coastal vibes.
