• Disposable powder puffs and lip brushes are replaced for each customer. Makeup trial services are temporarily unavailable.
• If you are not satisfied during the makeup and styling process, please be sure to inform the staff.
• Makeup and styling services are by appointment only. Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive on time for your appointment after successful booking.
• To ensure a pleasant experience for every makeup and styling booking, please arrive on time or early for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the merchant will automatically proceed to the next guest. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your booking will be automatically considered canceled. If you have only booked a seat without makeup and styling services, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance to redeem your ticket.
