I had a great experience with the team. At the beginning I couldn't find the access to the building, I mean I was there but it doesn't look like a commercial building (for me looked more as private departments) but the contact was very quick to help me and made a videocall to guide me, inside of the place was very cute and girly. The staff didn't speak English but they were very professional. They asked me if I had an idea of my make up and hairstyle which I didn't but I loved what they did to me. The photographer was a young cute boy who also didn't speak that much of english but was very friendly, guided me very well and made me feel comfortable. I fully recommend this experience for solo female travelers. The pictures are the raw ones. I still don't get the edited ones but they're on time and I loved these ones without editing.β

It was a great experience. The show was very engaging, even though I didn't fully understand everything. The actors were beautiful and friendly, and the food was delicious too, even though I'm Vietnamese.β

We are very satisfied with the service and we think our driver is also very good. We appreciate that he is considerate with our needs and timing as well as trying his best to communicate with us despite the language barrier as we can only speak a little bit of chinese. If we came back for another trip, we would definitely prefer to also have this same driver to drive us. πβ

It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.ξ₯
