Hotels With spa in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

Very nice room, unfortunately we arrived at 11pm, receptionist could not speak English. We went to room, wanted room service, no menu. Back to reception, he also had no menu. After 10min he had a menu on his phone he gave us. Back at the room, called room service and resturaunt number, both did not work. No point in calling reception because he doesn’t speak English. Went to bed sad and hungry. Oh, they also did not put towels in our room so we had to dry ourselves with the dressing gown. The room was very nice though.

Khi tôi đến là 16:000 tôi nhận được phòng không đúng với hình ảnh tôi đặt, tôi có yêu cầu nhân viên đổi phòng 2 giường, nhân viên nói chưa có phòng, phải chờ tử 30p-1 tiếng mới có phòng. Tôi đã rất mệt nên không thể chờ đợi. Nhân viên k tỏ ra có lỗi mà nói với tôi bằng giọng rất lạnh lùng. ”Không có phòng, chị muốn đổi thì phải chờ...” tôi thật thất vọng với một số tiền bỏ ra như vậy mà nhận lại thái độ phục vụ không xứng đáng.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

I searched Google Maps and drove, but the location was not accurate. There are not many restaurants around the hotel because it is rural. (You have to go out more than 10KM to find a restaurant) The staff at the hotel were so friendly. Room condition is very good. The pool is not well maintained, there is no towel to wipe your body after swimming, and the water temperature is not warm. More than 90% of hotel guests are Vietnamese, most of them are polite when swimming and smell of sweat in the water. I personally don't think I'll visit again because of Vietnamese guests.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

It’s an ok place to rest and have showers although shower blinds have stains and grimes. They could have given proper blankets rather than just a thin sheet which doesn’t make feel “comfortable” or felt Spartan. For one night, it’s an alright place, as it’s a homestay you do get the family vibes.

It’s a wonderful family run hotel in town so it’s close to eateries , supermarket and amenities .  Rooms are very clean and well looked after . Views from the room looks at the residential homes and the mountains in the background .  Prices are affordable and food is easy to find .

The room was spacious and in a great location, opposite a large plaza and shopping center, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. In particular, the lovely female staff member was incredibly helpful. After we checked out, she proactively booked a taxi for us, waiving the hotel's service fee and using her personal account to book the taxi for us. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!

Wonderful stay! Great location walking distance from motorbike rental and local villages. Many bikes to use in great condition. The family room was very large and accommodated our family fo 4 very well. Only suggestion would be to improve variety of foods at breakfast.

The staff's friendliness, facilities, and environment are all good. I've always wanted to suggest something to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, specifically regarding the use of the 22nd-floor lounge. When booking the hotel, the criteria for lounge access are vaguely stated. It would be great if the rules and privileges were more clearly defined.
