Luyen, Luong, Minh, and Huong were incredibly kind and helpful. All the staff at this resort were friendly, and there was so much to do because of the resort's large size.

Tôi đặt phòng 2 giường với giá khoảng 4.100.000đ/ đêm. Khi tôi đến là 16:000 tôi nhận được phòng không đúng với hình ảnh tôi đặt, tôi có yêu cầu nhân viên đổi phòng 2 giường, nhân viên nói chưa có phòng, phải chờ tử 30p-1 tiếng mới có phòng. Tôi đã rất mệt nên không thể chờ đợi. Nhân viên k tỏ ra có lỗi mà nói với tôi bằng giọng rất lạnh lùng. ”Không có phòng, chị muốn đổi thì phải chờ...” tôi thật thất vọng với một số tiền bỏ ra như vậy mà nhận lại thái độ phục vụ không xứng đáng.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

It’s an ok place to rest and have showers although shower blinds have stains and grimes. They could have given proper blankets rather than just a thin sheet which doesn’t make feel “comfortable” or felt Spartan. For one night, it’s an alright place, as it’s a homestay you do get the family vibes.

It’s a wonderful family run hotel in town so it’s close to eateries , supermarket and amenities .  Rooms are very clean and well looked after . Views from the room looks at the residential homes and the mountains in the background .  Prices are affordable and food is easy to find .

I had stayed in this hotel last pandemic time during my quarantine days though it was on a different location. For this stay, my daughter had fun with the swimming pool area and she wanted to go back because of that. Generally, we had a great stay though it's too short.

Wonderful stay! Great location walking distance from motorbike rental and local villages. Many bikes to use in great condition. The family room was very large and accommodated our family fo 4 very well. Only suggestion would be to improve variety of foods at breakfast.

The staff's friendliness, facilities, and environment are all good. I've always wanted to suggest something to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, specifically regarding the use of the 22nd-floor lounge. When booking the hotel, the criteria for lounge access are vaguely stated. It would be great if the rules and privileges were more clearly defined.
