I arrived planning to stay 2 nights , 4 rooms for first night and 3 rooms for the second. After checking in , found out myself pool was closed . Never mentioned prior or after paying. Outside area is full of bird feathers and poo. Room is very dirty and dated. In my opinion, this place is overpriced. Usually it’s 3,400 upwards per Covid according to booking websites. Wouldn’t even pay 500 baht. Got a refund for the second night . Stayed the first , as family already unpacked and were tired from the journey. Rooms are in need of a deep clean, renovation and safety and health concerns removed. Example in photos ( towel hanger falling off wall, wood broken , nails hanging out of sitting chair , dirty seals and taps and doors in toilet. Poor views of the bin area. AC is very dirty and full of dust and remote and tv is severely dirty and full of dust) I told the reception , they sent someone in with a spray and cloth. Still not acceptable. In my own option, i wouldn’t stay here again. I would definitely advise anyone else to inspect the room and facilities before handing over money.

We were passing through Phrae during a vacation break. When we saw this beautiful hotel, we thought it would be out of our preferred price range, but were pleasantly surprised that the desk gave us a rate lower than that on their boards. Our room was on the ground floor and opened-up to a well-maintained courtyard and swimming pool. . The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast (choice of rice or western) also featured a salad and fruit bar and cereals.

Generally looks clean, but we found a pair of underwear and used towel beside the couch (at the corner of the room)… there was also a foul sewage smell from presumably the sink. Didn’t have amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush/toothpaste kit nor room slippers but that’s alright given the price. Would be good if there’s a rubbish bin in the room below the desk rather than only one small one in the bathroom.

🌟 Parking: It's a large courtyard, no indoor parking 🌟 Breakfast: Buffet style, brewed coffee, Ovaltine, orange juice, fried egg, sausage, boiled rice, stir-fried instant noodles/yaki soba, toast, butter-jam 🌟 lobby: staff give advice, good service, good personality, lovely speaking. 🌟 Room: The bed is not very soft, but not hard. The pillow is soft, not high, the blanket edge is very soft, the air conditioner in room 315 is very slow, just like it has been opened for a long time, normally there are 2 small bottles of water. 🌟 Bathroom: There are towels and tissues, but there is no hair dryer. Wide glass bathroom Make up in the bathroom, bright white lights, not strong water, a little difficult to wash your hair. But overall clean, ok 🩷 If there is a chance to recommend others to stay. 🩶 broken list 1 point deducted - just washed the car, there were birds dropping,as there was no indoor parking 1 point deducted - found a piece of fishshot falling under one bed. 1 point deducted - there is a debris of egg shells mixed in the breakfast fried egg.

The 9 storey Lanna style hotel has been operating for over 30 years. It is located in the center of Phrae city with only 1 km walk to Pratoo Chai night market. Though our room might look old, it was clean and everything functioned properly. Breakfast was in à la carte. We chose American breakfast and fried rice with pork. They were delicious. I think 700 baht/night including breakfast is worth spending. Recommend.

The hotel is a newly renovated hotel near food. There are seven in front of the entrance, but I recommend you to drive out for 4-5 Lo to Phrae's junction door. The food is very delicious. The room is quite good. I bought a package with breakfast. There is a cafe in the accommodation, if I remember correctly, it opens at 9 o'clock.
