We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and my son’s 5th birthday at Belmont Hotel Mactan, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the entrance to our room, everything smelled clean and luxurious. The room was spotless, and the ambiance made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating when I requested a kettle for hot water, they prepared it right away. We also appreciated the easy access to Newtown Mactan Beach. Even when we forgot our beach pass, the reception found a way to assist us, and the fitness center staff were very friendly. They’re not strict, and maybe that’s why many guests love staying here because the service truly stands out. The most magical part was experiencing fireworks on the night of our anniversary. It made our celebration extra special and memorable. We’re definitely planning to come back! Highly recommended.

Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room.

I love the way they were able to accommodate our needs and responded on time. We arrived at 1:30AM and they sent their shuttle to fetch us and provided us with the late check-in. The food was really good and the staff were so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is very new, although small but the facilities are very good, facing the beach and the sea (although it is black sand beach). Breakfast is delicious, if you don't have time to eat, you can ask the hotel to prepare a sandwich. I have eaten a few meals at the hotel, but it is more expensive than the outside, but it is recommended. The hotel also has a horse to kill the chicken, but there is no special room. It is made on the beach chair by the pool. The price is more expensive than the outside, but the experience is Not bad. The only bad thing is that the hotel location is cheaper. Come in and take a bad road. We were also found on Google Maps. It would be a bit painful to take the baggage. The hotel is 20 kilometers away from the city, it is more troublesome to go out, you can sit on the yellow bus is very cheap. It is recommended that people who like a quiet holiday come, otherwise it is better to live in the city. The chickens in the house next to the hotel like to call in the middle of the night. If the room is close, it will be a bit noisy.

We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort. The infinity pool is stunning, and the direct beach access makes it even more special. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and clean. However, considering the price of €200 per night, the value for money could be improved. For the Philippines, this is quite a high rate, and we expected a bit more luxury. The breakfast buffet was quite basic — mostly cheap fruits like apples, oranges, and watermelon. We would have appreciated more tropical options, which are usually standard in the region. Also, cappuccinos were not included and had to be paid separately; only basic filter coffee was available. Overall, it’s a great resort, but the pricing doesn’t fully match the experience

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! We had a wonderful stay at Costabella. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the private beach—it was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The on-site restaurants offered a great dining experience, and overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Incredible hotel with top-tier service. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Loved the direct access to all the restaurants and amenities at Nustar. The Best breakfast buffet!
