This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.

We were satisfied with everything actually. It is probably why I gave four stars to amenities because of the size; like a small buffet space for breakfast and a tiny functional elevator for all guests. Aside from that, the rest is fine and the staff were pleasant.

Short 15/20 min walk to town The dinner(mussels) next door at the Delta was very good and convenient. Also check the local breweries in particular the Graystone. We also enjoyed the free tour of the governor building nearby.

Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.

AIJUANVery good stay experience! First of all: the airport taxis come 7-8KM, 16-17 Canadian dollars, together with the tip, pay 20 is enough, there are several large Wal-Mart supermarkets and shopping centers within 10 minutes of walking; the rooms are clean and comfortable; the service is good; next time Will come again

The harbor view room is fronted by the business district. You can see the harbor when you turn around. At night, you can see him turn around when you encounter a cruise ship leaving the port. The hotel is on the commercial street, surrounded by old buildings, you can spend half a day in city walk, there is a small market at the pier where the cruise ship docks, and the graffiti everywhere is very interesting. The hotel staff are very good, we are traveling by car, and Eric from the Libing Department assisted us in parking, putting luggage and introducing surrounding food. They provide free valet parking. Before departure, we stored our luggage at the front desk and then went for a stroll. After returning, the hotel staff had parked the car at the entrance of the hotel and put the luggage on the car. It was so intimate. The hotel breakfast in the mall MIX is an ordinary buffet, more freshly cut fruit than the average hotel.

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

Our cabin (#7) was clean, comfortable, and right on the river. Beautiful view! The kitchen was equipped with all the basic dishes, pots, cutlery, etc., that we needed. Before and during our stay, staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There was plenty of wood for the wood stove, and the cabin was warm when we arrived; staff had already started the fire for us. Lots of hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pub nearby was very convenient, and I thought the ”Best Damn Burger, Period” lived up to its name. Our experience differed from some of the other reviewers - accommodations are basic, but it is a cabin after all. We had TV, could connect to the internet, did not have leaking or odor issues, and there was no plastic on the windows. It was a relaxing weekend retreat. Would love to visit again to take in those river views in other seasons.
