Crowne Plaza SAINT JOHN HARBOUR VIEW

We stayed at this hotel when my child had a sports tournament in Saint John for 3 days. It’s close to uptown Saint John and has free parking on site. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a pool and an arcade on the property miking it kid-friendly.

Went for appy hour. Service was excellent. Debby was very friendly and knowledgeable. $5 draft, $6 Caesar’s, and $7 apps. Can’t go wrong. Nachos and wings were fantastic, especially for the price point. Washrooms are very clean as well. Highly recommend

Clean and modern rooms. The restaurant was fantastic. I was delighted to have Shianne as my server. She was amazing and very attentive.

Awesome! The Renovations since my last stay are amazing. Only down fall was only one elevator was working. Staff were amazing and accommodating.

We stayed at the Crowne for the weekend of March 22nd and 23rd for a basketball tournament my son was in. I was greeted at the front desk by Farid and Rajitha, and my stay got off on the right foot. Farid was warm, welcoming and kind - and gave me some great recommendations for local pizza near the hotel, as well as taking care of breakfast for my other son who was traveling with us! Rajitha is the Guest Services Manager and was also very welcoming, as well as fixing up an issue I had with a mistaken charge on my day of checkout. I can't say enough about these gentlemen - they are a credit to your operation! The hotel was packed to capacity for several tournaments that were in town, but I had zero issues with any noise on the premises - which is rare for any hotel that full. My boys enjoyed the on-site arcade, loved the pool, and were big fans of the staff as well - who were, apparently, very kind to members of my son's basketball team in the lobby. My only constructive suggestion would be this: On weekends where you are at capacity, schedule a couple of extra staff in the restaurant area. The staff were run off their feet on the Sunday morning of our checkout and were having a hard time keeping items replenished in the buffet and getting tables cleaned. Lori and the rest of the staff were dynamite looking after everyone, and did it with a smile - but it was clear that they were a little overwhelmed. Great stay - we will be back every Saint John visit!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again.
