Shuijingzi is the mother river of Kangding people, an important witness to Kangding local culture. Spring water is of course the protagonist, and it constantly emerges, and it is integrated along the ditch. Surrounded by the decoration into antique, rich Tibetan characteristics of the hanging pavilion, flying glass, Bashu, joy, all painted Tibetan traditional patterns. On the door wall is carved with three Tibetan and Han characters "wells". There are backwater platforms and exquisite Tibetan white smoke towers between the two ditches. The white smoke towers are decorated with blue embossed sculptures. There are auspicious eight treasures and conch patterns on the walls on both sides.
