Russian Hill Review

Mount Russia (Russian Hill) is a block of San Francisco, USA, and one of the 44 hills and seven original hills in San Francisco. The Russian mountain is located in the highly affluent Norb Mountain directly north (slightly downhill), south of Fisherman's Wharf (uphill), and west of the North Beach neighborhood. Mount Russia, like the surrounding neighborhoods, is one of the richest neighborhoods, with a large number of young urban professionals and emerging Chinese residents slowly spreading into the district from nearby Chinatown in the east.

The Russian Mountain in SF is another of many named areas in San Francisco. You may climb it when you are on the Lombard Street circuit or elsewhere. There are luxury houses, restaurants and some shops and boutiques in the area. You can also see some great harbour and city views.

Lombardy street is the main attraction in this area. It is the only city I have time to enjoy. If time is not a problem, I would like to see the macondray driveway and the San Francisco Academy of Arts. Choose the best restaurants in Frascati, La Folie, Swensen ice cream, ZA pizza, or opera.

The name of the Russian mountain originated during the gold rush, when a small Russian cemetery was found here, and the estimated burial was a sailor from Russia. In fact, the cemetery has long disappeared, only this name has continued to this day. Like the surrounding neighborhoods, the Russian Hills is one of San Francisco’s richest neighborhoods, with residents mostly professional and wealthy local Chinese.
