The Lion Forest is one of the four famous parks in Suzhou, and has a history of more than 650 years. No. 23, Garden Road, northeast corner of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covers an area of 1. 1 hectare and open area of 0.88 hectares. In the second year of Yuan to Zheng (1342 AD), monks and heavens like Buddhist monks built the Bodhi authentic temple in memory of their masters Zhongfeng Buddhist monks. The disciples of the late Yuan monks like Buddhist monks and heavens like Buddhist monks "funded the phase rate, bought land to settle houses, and lived in their teachers." Because the garden "the forest has bamboo and thousands of solids, and there are many strange stones under the bamboo, like a lion"; Also because Zhongfeng Zen Master once advocated the Tao Tianmu Mountain Lion Rock, take the Buddha book "Lion Roar" meaning, changed the name of the Lion Forest. Ming Hongwu six years (AD 1373), 73-year-old big calligrapher Yuan (No. Yunlin) passed through Suzhou, participated in the garden, and wrote poetry (with "Lion Forest Map"), making the Lion Forest famous, become a Buddhist scripture and literary poetry and painting resort. At the beginning of Qing Qianlong, the temple garden became private property, isolated from the temple, the name of the garden, also known as Wusongyuan. In 1917, it was purchased by the paint comprador merchant Bei Runsheng. After 9 years of construction and expansion, it is still called the Lion Forest (the east of the garden is the Bei's family home, ethnicity and residence). Due to the rise and fall of the forest garden, the temple, garden, house are divided and merged, traditional gardening techniques and Buddhist ideas are integrated, and the modern Bay family introduced the western gardening techniques and home into the garden, making it a temple garden that integrates the theory of Zen and the garden. The Lion Forest plane is a slightly wider rectangle, covering an area of 1.1 hectares, and an open area of 0.88 hectares. There are many mountains in the southeast, many waters in the northwest, surrounded by high walls and deep houses, surrounded by curved corridors. Central pool as the center, stacked mountains to build houses, moved flowers and trees, bridges and pavilions, making the whole garden compact layout, rich in "lap foot mountain forest" artistic conception. The Lion Forest has the cultural landscape of Suzhou classical garden pavilions, tai, buildings, pavilions, halls, halls, halls, corridors, and more famous for the strange stones of lakes and mountains, the caves and deep caves, and has the reputation of "roery kingdom". The lake rockery of the Lion Forest is both numerous and exquisite, the lake stone is exquisite, the cave is Wan, twists and turns, such as entering the maze, there is the name of "Peach Yuan 18 Views". The strange peaks of the cave are all like the dancing of the lion. There are famous peaks such as scorpion, Tuyue, Xuanyu, Angxia, and the lion peak is the first of the peaks. The building in the park is mainly Yanyutang, and the back of the hall is a small square hall with a snow hall. To the west, you can go to Zhibaixue, a two-story loft, surrounded by cockroaches, and Gao Shuangling. To the west of Baiyu is the ancient Wusongyuan. The southwest corner is the mountain building. From the mountain building to the west, you can go to the lotus hall. The hall is located in the northwest of the pool. The algae in the pavilion is beautifully decorated and the characters are lifelike. There are two floors of stone pavilion next to the pavilion. The stone pavilion is a dark fragrance and shadow building. From this, the corridor turns south to the waterfall pavilion. It is the highest place in the park. The west view center of the park is asked Mei Pavilion, and the front of the pavilion is the Shuangxian Xiang Pavilion. Shuangxiang Xianguan southbound to the east, southwest corner of the fan pavilion, the pavilion has a small courtyard, fresh and elegant.

It is worthy of being a lion forest. The Taihu Rock rockery that enters the door is said to find the shape of nine lions. The garden is mainly rockery, but there is no lack of vegetation. The rockery is superimposed from water to land to uphill.

The Humble Administrator's Garden later arrived at the Lion Forest, and the queue time was 20 minutes, which was much better than the Humble Administrator's Garden for an hour. There are various rockery and caves inside. The child was attracted as soon as he entered the door, and began to climb up and down, playing hide and seek. When I walked inside, I saw a stone hole, and it was fun to drill a hole. And send the existing stone like a lion, lying on it and let me take pictures. Suitable for taking children to play.

Ctrip booking and payment are very convenient. It is OK to swipe your ID card directly when entering the park. There is an automatic interpreter at the entrance, which can be rented and returned to the exit. 25 yuan per hour. Very convenient, that is, sometimes the sensor in the scenic spot is not very sensitive. The garden is very beautiful, with strange mountains and trees, fine water promenade, famous hall stone rafts, everything, all showing the ideas and wisdom of the builders. The most attractive thing is the rockery maze bar, full of fun. Unfortunately, because of the May Day holiday, the visit experience is greatly reduced. There are crowds, the garden promenade is full of tourists, and the fake mountains are full of people. The tourists below can't get up. Alas ~ Bai Shi certainly didn't expect his garden to be stuffed with people.

One of the four major gardens in Suzhou, named after the rockery. I didn't feel anything special when I first entered, and I didn't appreciate its wonderfulness. I listened to the explanation of the tour guide before I understood the good intentions of the craftsmen and opened a happy trip. What really opened people's eyes was that they passed the treasure of their town garden and entered the back garden. This is simply a paradise for children. Hidden and hiding can play for a day. The rockery monster stone maze will get lost when it comes up and down to meet this road. Who can only meet in two directions recommended recommended recommended recommended recommended recommended

It's a lovely place to visit. A classic Suzhou garden and the housing that are attached to it. Well described historical markers and delightful examples of bonzai trees everywhere. Gorgeous stained glass windows. The rock garden was exquisite. As always, visiting during a national holiday is not recommended as it's insanely crowded.

Taking advantage of the New Year's Eve, the garden area is limited, there are many people, but you can also play the hole that can not be drilled, completely evoke my childhood memories, and the celebrity calligraphy and paintings I know when I grow up, each different window edge, and add more artistic charm! Especially the stone lion next to the exit, you must sit down, it's so classic! Finally, make some small suggestions. There are enough people in the Spring Festival later, and the tickets will not be discounted anymore. You can usually discount when there are few people, which will help you to stagger the peak.

Very satisfied, the explanation is professional and smooth, vivid and interesting. When I played in the Lion Forest before, although I also did my homework to understand the relevant knowledge points, there were still some details that I didn't find. After the explanation, I found a lot of interesting talking heads, which made the tour more rewarding. The commentator Rong Jun is very dedicated and actively cooperates with my time requirements. Thank you very much.
