여여름휴가The soundproofing was poor, and they had a party until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Although I complained, they said it was a scheduled event, so the noise continued past 2 a.m. They offered a free late check-out as compensation, but if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. (They said it’s party season, but partying until 2 a.m. at a hotel seems unreasonable.) I appreciate the staff member who tried to address the issue, but I understand she had no way to help me. The staff at breakfast and the spa were kind, but they didn’t provide basic information unless asked. I had to inquire about the breakfast location and times, spa lockers, and towel availability myself. The location is excellent.
