This museum takes me back to the past. From ancient humans and their evolutions, to the political movements in modern life. There are so many things i can learn from this museum. The story about The states, The Sultan, The people, The Land, and so many other things. There are so many things we can learn from History, and this Museum gives us so much information about the things we wanted to know in the past. Describing them in words and dioramas. It makes me easier to imagine what exactly happen in the past. I'm not an expert in history but museums always make me curious. This museum is totally worth it.

Step into the National Museum of Kuala Lumpur and experience the historical development of a foreign land
🌟 Highlights:
The National History Museum of Kuala Lumpur mainly introduces the formation and development of the city of Kuala Lumpur, as well as exhibitions about Islamic cultural history, with a focus on the Malay Muslim community. Through a wealth of artifacts and photographs, it presents the historical journey of the Malay people.
👍 Most recommended:
There are a total of four exhibition halls inside, which introduce the origins of world history, Malaysian history, Malay invasion history, and modern Malay, respectively. At the entrance, there are many exquisite brochures. Inside, most of the exhibits are photos and models. Among them, the city model of Kuala Lumpur can switch between day and night modes, which is quite interesting. There are staff inside working on models, and many of the souvenirs sold in the sales area are made by them.
❤ Recommended reason:
The museum is located diagonally opposite Independence Square, with a fixed photo spot in front with the big red letters I LOVE KL. The entrance fee is 5 Malaysian Ringgit per person. Inside, you can take photos and learn about history, with a tour lasting about 1 hour. There are not many collections, but walking in the ever-summer Kuala Lumpur and going inside to enjoy the air conditioning is quite comfortable.

The National Museum of Malaysia
#malaysiatrip It's a relatively small national museum compared to those in most Western countries but quite adequate to inform the public about Malaysia through history. It is divided into 4 wings dedicated to geologic and human pre history, followed by proto history, the colonial period, then finally independence from the British Empire and more modern political developments. The presentation of various ethnic groups groups living in modern Malaysia was also quite welcome. It certainly helps tourists appreciate and navigate the cultural diversity they encounter in the country. Those who have visited other Southeast Asian nations will be able to put Malaysia in context.
The museum is centrally located so access by public transportation is easy. Parking is available if you arrive by private cars. Entrance fee at RM2 (Malaysian) is affordable. Save 2 to 3 hours for a thorough visit. The building is air conditioned and provides a good refuge from heat and humidity.
On the overall the National Museum is a good deal.

The boring National Museum
Muzium Negara or National Museum of Malaysia is nice from the outside. But, if you want to have good deep knowledge, I really not recommend it. Maybe because of the cheap fee entrance so we didn't have so much history collections here.
It's a two hour tour and you done. Besides, there's two entrance with two separate payment counters: one for the main museum and another one for museum orang asli, which was really inconvenient for visitors. Furthermore, when we visited last week, the museum was under maintenance and the aircond didn't work!
