Quoc Tu Pagoda
The Vietnam Quoc Tu is one of the highest pagoda of city. It is located on the Ba thang Hai street. Temple attracts tourists by the beauty of the landscape and architectural beauty. This place is become popular destination for all local and visitor when travelling around Ho Chi Minh.
A short trip outside downtown Saigon, Quoc Tu Pagoda is one of the largest Buddhist temples in the city and is a relatively new one, built in the early 1960s. The main complex of the pagoda spans seven storeys, with the first two open to the public. Visitors are given access to view the beautiful Buddha statue that is the centrepiece of the pagoda and allowed to walk the grounds.

Vietnamese National Buddhist Temple
#vietnamtrip Incredible place. A must see if you're visiting Ho Chi Minh. The temple can be visited in two windows during the day: 7 am - 11 am and 3 pm - 7 pm. The exterior grounds and the temple itself can be accessed. The pagoda was not open on the day I visited. But its external structure is worth the visit, regardless. It's around 5 km from the Opera House. So, better to take a taxi. This costs around 40,000VND. Nothing at all, really.
