Shopping in London? Only in Oxford St! 🇬🇧
If you are looking to shop in London, Oxford Street is the place to go! Oxford Street is one of London's most famous and bustling shopping districts, renowned for its extensive range of shops, department stores, boutiques, and iconic landmarks. Stretching for approximately 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers), Oxford Street is considered Europe's busiest shopping street and attracts millions of visitors each year. It features a wide array of retail stores, ranging from high-street brands to flagship stores of major fashion retailers. During the festive season, Oxford Street dazzles with elaborate Christmas lights and decorations, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere that adds to the excitement of shopping in this bustling area. I personally think that this time of the year it looks the most beautiful, so even if you're not looking to shop, it's still worth to go for a stroll! The street is easily accessible via several Tube stations and is a must-visit destination for shopping enthusiasts and those who visit London for the first time! So, who's ready for a shopping spree?! :) #London #oxfordstreet
Magic Christmas 🎄 ✨️
#2023travelwish
Let yourself be carried away by the magic of Christmas and admire the beauty that surrounds you.
Christmas Decor In Oxford Street & Selfridges
Christmas is my favourite festivity because that is when we will gather as families and have endless parties and we will have endless presents to give and receive. Besides the season of giving, Christmas also means the streets of London would be beautifully lighted up. Just look at Oxford Street, the main shopping street of London. Year after year, the Christmas lights and decorations never fail to amaze everyone. The lights are dazzling and glittery and just adds cheer in everyone's heart. Then, there is also Selfridges, the posh upscale popular shopping mall in Lodon. Their Christmas decorations are equally good and it adds the Christmas spirit into whole mall. Just wow!

Famous shopping street in London
Address - Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom
One of the best times to visit Oxford Street or Oxford Circus is on Boxing Day, the day after Christmas! Practically the whole stretch of retail shops have incredible discounts and price slashing, which makes for snagging a good deal.
Unfortunately, it does get insanely crowded and there were a few times when we were stuck in one location for really long as the crowds in front of us weren’t moving. Be prepared for long queue times as well!
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oxford Street: Shopping in London
If you’re looking for London’s main lighting attractions this winter, it’d be well worth popping along to Oxford Street. The busy shopping thoroughfare’s display is brand new for this year, consisting mainly of nice, calming stars, which make a lovely impact in the night sky. Pretty magical looking, really. Traditionally Oxford Street is the first to unveil its lights, but this year 20 streets across the West End, including Regent Street, Bond Street and areas in Mayfair and Piccadilly, all lit up in sync for what was the biggest switch-on in the world. Nice to celebrate with your neighbours, isn’t it?
Oxford Street is the world's biggest high street, offering 1.5 miles of unrivalled shopping, with more than 90 flagship stores from fashion and beauty to tech and homeware. Oxford Street is the ultimate shopping paradise. Shop the very best high-street brands such as Gap, River Island, Primark, X and the UK's iconic department stores, including Selfridges, John Lewis & Partners, House of Fraser and Marks & Spencer. With more than 500 restaurants within five minutes walking distance, you'll have plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. Take your pick from alfresco dining at St Christopher's Place and Market Place, to one of the many luxury hotels on Oxford Street.

Disney Store, London
Address - 350-352 Oxford St, London W1C 1JH, United Kingdom
Highlights - Disney Lovers. Large Mickey Mouse Guard for picture.
Rating - 5/5
To the people who likes Disney characters, this will be one of the place to visit and see your favourite Disney characters and the toys, clothes and collectibles available!
One of my favourite in the store is that it has a very large Mickey Mouse dressed as Queen’s guard.
I believe that it is the biggest store in London and consist of 3 storey, first level will be more towards the latest movies/merchandise released and all the way to third level that shows more related to Marvel and Star Wars.
You may want to do some research before heading as sometimes there are some workshops available during the day that you can sign up and attend.

Different from the previous London shopping guide
London buy and buy, usually everyone will go to Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, in addition to convenient transportation here, the main stores are complete, a few streets have finished, basically I bought all the things I want to buy.
When you go shopping, you will find that there are 3-4 stores or even more in the same brand on a street. It is enough to go to a bigger store than a brand that is not very popular. But the hot-selling goods are usually Can't find a whole in a store, you can visit a few more, maybe there are surprises!
Oxford Street: Its quite famous and full of peoples traffic. Naturally, there are a lot of traffic. I heard that many Asian stars will come here to go shopping, except for various brand stores. That is the Selfridges, a luxury department store in the town street shop. If you want to choose a cheap shop, Marks and Spencer are cheap brands in the UK but they are basically not made in the UK.
Route subway station: Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Circus
Bond Street: Vertical with Oxford Street, a small street, with luxury stores as the mainstay, with a lot less traffic than Oxford Street .
Regent Street: Vertical to Oxford Street, parallel to Bond Street, but not a small street, an atmospheric commercial street featuring Hamley's toy store, Liberty department store, Burberry flagship store, Fortnum & Mason Food and afternoon tea-based specialty department stores, at the end are Piccadilly Circus and not far from the MM bean flagship store and Chinatown.
In fact, buying and buying abroad should not only be limited to clothes, shoes, bags, cosmetics, etc. If you want to find some interesting things, you can actually go shopping for the local market. There are a lot of markets in London, England. In fact, there are not many too many. Choose 1-2 places according to the characteristic distance to satisfy the curiosity~
Borough Market, the most famous market in London. It has international cuisine and is located near Tower Bridge.
Covent Garden artist street performance, not a traditional market, restaurants, bars, small shops
Camden Town (Camden Town) London's tide The bazaar, punk culture.
Portobello Road Market
The movie "Notting Hill" is one of the attractions, and antiques and collectibles are mainly on Friday afternoon.
Columbia Road Sunday Flower Market Open-air flowers Sunday market
Tips for two special shopping spots
1, the souvenir of the permanent exhibition area of the British Museum is very There are a variety of different, but sometimes there will be special souvenirs for sale. If you catch up, you can sneak some favorite backs~
2, Burberry factory store
Burberry is a British brand Local brands, but Bicester is not a very good price, the cheapest should be located in the factory store in the northeast of London. But to say how cheap it is, after all, the brand is there, so if you are not spending at this price, you should not go far.

The angels :)
#2024wish
In 2023, I visited London's bustling Oxford Street, where the energy was electrifying. Amidst the vibrant cityscape, the Oxford Street angels, street performers adorned in ethereal costumes, mesmerized passersby. Their graceful movements and captivating acts added a touch of magic to the iconic shopping district. The seamless blend of modernity and tradition was a testament to London's timeless allure. Now, in 2024, I want to visit Canada, eager to explore its diverse landscapes and experience the warmth of its culture. #LondonMagic #OxfordStreetAngels #CityCharm #TravelDreams 🌟 In 2024, I want to visit Canada! 🍁

As the calendar flips its final pages, London bids adieu to the enchanting spell of Christmas. Before the decorations vanish into hibernation, the city radiates with the lingering glow of festive brilliance. Streets adorned with twinkling lights and grand displays become a canvas of farewell to the holiday season.
Oxford Street, known for its iconic Christmas lights, takes center stage in this farewell spectacle. MOUTH WATERING DESSERTS!
WE LOVE GOING TO THIS CUTE SMALL TRADITIONAL ENGLISH CAFE LOCATED AT OXFORD STREET.
THIS TIME, WE WENT TO TRY THE BREAD PUDDING AND THE APPLE CRUMBLE.
WE IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE DELICIOUS BREAD PUDDING WHICH WAS SERVED WARM WITH DELECTABLE CUSTARD GRAVY. NOT TO MENTION THE EXCELLENT APPLE CRUMBLE WITH A HINT OF CINNAMON AND ENRICHED WITH ALMOND AND OATS. THE APPLE CRUMBLE WAS ALSO SERVED WARM WITH COLD ICE CREAM. THE CRUMBLE CAN BE ENJOYED EITHER WITH THE FROZEN ICE CREAM OR YOU CAN REQUEST FOR MELTED ICE CREAM TO GO WITH IT.

London is beautiful in the lead up to Christmas and if you happen to be in the city, make sure to visit Oxford Street and enjoy the Christmas decorations.
It tends to be busy on Oxford Street but surely it's worth the trip. Make sure you go in the evening to enjoy the beautiful lights and decorations throughout.
Oxford Street is a major road in the City of Westminster in the West End of London, running from Tottenham Court Road to Marble Arch via Oxford Circus. It is Europe's busiest shopping street, with around half a million daily visitors, and as of 2012 had approximately 300 shops.
Checkinaway (@checkinawayblog) lovely painted wall in oxford
Oxford Street is the preferred shopping street in London, England. In this less than two-kilometer street, there are more than 300 large shopping malls. Among them, the old department store SeIfridges has a large collection of top brands, and the English-style service here allows you to experience five-star treatment. Oxford Street enjoys a global reputation that not only attracts visitors from other parts of the UK, but also attracts a large number of overseas visitors. Every year, foreign tourists come to visit and shop, and their consumption here accounts for 20% of Oxford Street's total income. Like retail, this street is also a place for thousands of people. The styles of the famous shops on Oxford Street are very complete, and some of the top Italian brands have more goods in London than the ones from the source. Burberry, like the classic British flavor, is one of the most popular brands. Here, in addition to looking at famous brands in the old department stores, enjoy the advanced services, the architectural features of the store is also a landscape.
