Having Fun @ Kidzania KL
Before Chinese New Year holiday in 2022, we decided to travel to Kuala Lumpur and bring our kids for the first time to experience travel via flight. They were so excited and happy. We purposely choose during non-peak season to avoid crowded especially during school holiday. one of the most exciting place (for our kids) is Kidzania which is located nearby Ikea Damansara. We went there in the afternoon and at first, I didn't expect that it is going to be fun. Turned out, it was amazing. our kids love this place so much. It exposed them to career path in most exciting way. The crews were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit here again
Kidzania - KL, Malaysia
Kidzania is a town where children are offered realistic role-playing games. Children learn the basics of the work of pilots, taxi drivers, firefighters, architects and lawyers. In total, here kids can "try on" more than 100 professions.
The town has adapted urban infrastructure facilities - a hospital, a supermarket, a theater, a hotel, a beauty salon and even a police station. A child can work as a journalist for a local newspaper or TV presenter. The Kidzania children's town has its own currency, the money earned is stored in the Kidzan Bank.
Address: 18 Jalan PJU 7/5, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya 47810 Selangor.

what you want to be?? 👀😉
Learning and entertainment combined😍. Sprawling children's theme park offering immersive career role-play, from firefighter to surgeon. So what you want to be kids🤔🤔?
Kidzania Kuala Lumpur
Kids favourite place to be! We were back in Malaysia for 5 weeks, and been there 4 times. That’s almost once a week ! One of the reason being? It’s close to grandparents house and it’s cheap (HKD410 for 1 adult 2 kids from 10am to 6pm).
It’s a children’s theme park offering immersive career role plays. Kids got to grab some ideas on what’s each job about, what’s really going on in the labour world. They’ve tried basically every job available in Kidzania KL 🫣
Firefighters / police officer/ surgeon/ nursery / paramedics/ housekeeping/ dentist/ florist/ pet groomers/ filter water technician/ fast food chains’ staff/ electricians / painter/ window cleaner/ petrol station worker/ parcels delivery/ actress/ fashion models/ junior animation created/ weather reporter/ news reporter/ chocolate manufacturer/ vitamin laboratory staff/ germs and virus scientists/ pilot/ radio DJ/ on field reporter etc
Honestly, it’s so much fun 🤩 I couldn’t help wishing we have something similar back then. Kids got inspired. Understanding each job, no matter how simple and easy it seems to be, need lots of efforts. And they gained experience of the part where you got to work to get paid.
Some tips:
1. First thing, go to the Bank. Have kids open a bank account, a bank card will be issued. We deposit all our “money” before starting any job. Kids keep going back to deposit, so we won’t have to hold all the paper monies. This is FREE! But if you’re leaving, withdraw all the monies, kidzania paper money can be used worldwide on other kidzania.
2. Kidzania passport. There are 3 type of passports. Passports are RM3x per kid, and expired when kids are age 17. Passports are to get discounts when spending at kidzania, be it at the souvenir stores or some kids job that requires training payment. Besides, you’ll get extra $2/$4/$6 of salary with a passport. The upgrades of passports are based on stamps collected each time you visit the job (max 1 stamp for the same job per day).
I bought tickets via Klook, make sure you registered yourself online before heading over. You don’t need to print out anything for entrance.

Kidzania KL Adventure
Had an adventurous day at Kidzania KL booked through Trip.com! 🌟 The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the exciting world of Kidzania with smiles and enthusiasm. 👏
However, be prepared for long queues, especially during peak hours. We found ourselves waiting quite a bit, which can be a challenge with little ones in tow. 🕰️ Also, the popularity of the main attractions made it tricky to secure bookings due to time constraints.
Despite the crowds, the positive energy was contagious, and the helpful staff made the experience enjoyable. 😊 While the queue times tested our patience, the smiles on our kids' faces as they explored the interactive city made it all worthwhile.

A Day of Adventure and Learning
My family recently visited KidZania, and it was an absolute blast for both kids and adults alike. The moment we entered, the excitement was palpable. The attention to detail in creating a mini-city for kids is commendable.
From firefighters to doctors, there was a plethora of role-playing activities for children to explore various professions. The realistic setups allowed kids to immerse themselves in the experience, and they were genuinely engaged in each activity.
The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding the little ones through each task. It was heartening to see the kids gain a better understanding of teamwork, responsibility, and the basics of different professions while having so much fun.
One highlight was the "KidZos" currency, which the kids earned by working in different jobs. They could then spend their hard-earned KidZos on various activities within the KidZania city, teaching them valuable lessons about budgeting and saving.
The facilities were clean, and safety measures were well-implemented. The whole family enjoyed a day of interactive learning and play. KidZania is undoubtedly a fantastic place for kids to have fun while gaining practical life skills. We left with smiles on our faces and a trove of happy memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a unique and educational outing!

Kidzania at Kuala Lumpur
Kidzania at Kuala Lumpur located at Petaling Jaya, The Curve. It open from 10am-6pm, from Wednesday to Monday(close on Tuesday).
My child had a great fun in Kidzania, she play from 10.30am to 6pm. We went on a weekday, there were not too crowded, all stations waiting time were around 5-15 minutes. My child favourite station was Food panda station as she could hand-pick the goods and experience the delivery agents job. Most of the activities are suitable for children 4 years old and above, however, if your child can understand the instructions, the staff were willing to let the 3years old kid to join the activities.
Do remember to register your child name at Fire station, Tea cafe, emergency room, aviation academy and Police station once you enter Kidzania. You may purchase a Kidzania passport for your child which entitles your child to earn 2 kidzos more for each station and 2 kidzos discount for the station that needs to pay with kidzos.

Fun place for kids at KIDZANIA
Hello, hope you guys are well.
last weekend we went to Kidzania which was near Ikea Damansara to treat the kids so that they could have some experienced on how to work and earn money. There were firefighter department, police station, Avisena hospital, hotel management food department. Hence, the kids played at most of the places and earn their money. Dont worry if you are hungry as there are A&W restaurant, japenese stall zus coffee and etc. Fyi, if the money earned was still got balance, you can keep it at the kidzania bank so next time you come can withdraw and use it! Nice right.. We spent almost a day inside kidzania to ensure kids play everything. Well spent weekend and fun!!

#kidzaniakualalumpur was awesome… some value added activities for the kids to enjoy, have fun and role play. located at the Curve in Kuala Lumpur about an hour drive from KL towers.May need to book online to confirm a slot for the day as walk in would not be entertained once the venue is full.Whole day kinda activities thus ensure the kids are prepared and some role play may need an hour of queing!
Be anything you want! A Kidzania experience
We went to Kidzania at CurveNX this weekend. It was a fun experience for the kids.
They operate from 10-6pm. If you want to avoid the crowd, do come earlier and get your self checked in but their gates open 10am sharp.
There’s alot of profession where the kids can learn and play. They have their own currencies which is called kizzoes. Every work you do you either earn more and some also require you to pay to learn or train. All woth their own currencies. At the end of the day, they can exchange that currency for something at the gift shop or you can save up the money and bring it back on the next trip to Kidzania.
For parents, there is a parent’s lounge and for food there’s like a Subway and A&W which uses real money. But the pass is open meaning you can go out and find other restaurant nearby.
Overall I gave it a 9/10 less one due to queueing time for the hot profession like pilot, fireman, police etc. which can go up to an hour.

fun family day at kidzania kl
we had a great day at kidzania Kuala Lumpur. there are many hands on activities for kids. my son had a good time role playing as a surgeon, nurse, fire fighter, paramedic, magician, delivery man and many more. he also prepared his own subway sandwich with the help of the friendly staff. this is one of the best edutainment park we have visited as a family. we did not manage to try all the activities and are planning for a return visit at the end of the year. one tip before visiting is to arrive early so that you can enter when the park opens at 10am. also, purchase your tickets in advance
