Phimai historical park is located in Nakhonratchasima province, Thailand. It takes around 4 hours by car from Bangkok.
It was built in 16 BD in Bapuan, Khmer style (like Nakhonwat in Cambodia). In the beginning was built in Brahman believe then it turn to be Buddhism pavilion in the reign of king Chaiworraman 7th (the stone craft in one pavilion)
PS. Saingam or big banyan tree is another place in this district to visit.

⏰Opening Hours: Daily 07:30 - 17:30. It is recommended to avoid noon as the sun can be extremely hot. However, the park thoughtfully provides free parasols for visitors at the entrance.
💰Admission: 20 Thai Baht for Thais, 100 Thai Baht for foreigners
🚗Transportation: About a 40-minute drive from the center of Nakhon Ratchasima. You can take a bus from the station or take a taxi directly.

1. Learn about the historical and cultural knowledge of this ancient relic. All important landmarks have explanatory signs and QR codes. If you don't understand Thai or English, simply download a translation APP, take a photo or scan the QR code to translate into Chinese. History and culture enthusiasts will definitely be attracted.
2. 📸Take great photos! Every corner of the unique Angkor Wat style is a great spot for photography. Thailand's cultural relics are highly accessible, and almost all places are open to enter, so it's even more important to consciously protect every plant and every brick here.

This place was stunning!
I remain amazed - after visiting ancient ruins in other countries - how much of this complex was accessible to the public. There’s not really anything off limits, and only the normal rules binding visitors to decency in a holy site.
The structures are all incredible, and the details truly ornate. Plan at least a couple of hours to wander and soak it all in.
There is a higher density of visitors here than some of the other sites we’ve visited, but for good reason.
It’s an amazing feat of human engineering, and something worth witnessing first-hand.

Banyan tree in Thai is Sai and Ngam means beautiful.
Sai Ngam is located in Phimai district in Nakhonratchasima province, Thailand.
It’s far from Bangkok around 4 hrs by car (300 kms).
Totally area 35,000 square feet and suspect that age is around 350 years.
There are some small spiritual house in the area and due to big leaves the lights under is very limited.
