There are four bridges across the Grand Canal: Rialto Bridge, Scalzi Bridge, Accademia Bridge, and Piazzale Roma Footbridge, all of which are popular photo spots. A popular plan is to take a gondola or water bus to enjoy the cityscape from the Grand Canal. A trip to Venice from Milano central station took 3 hrs with bullet train 🚄 A historic surround of Venice , with popular seafood dishes and spritz bars. We spended one night on the island, the next day we took a boat tour. The leather products are cheap and there have many fancy stores on the island.
