Awe-Struck by Nature's Might: Can You Spot Me?
Amidst the towering peaks of majestic mountains, I find myself humbled by the sheer scale of nature's creations. As I stand here, surrounded by the vast wilderness, I am reminded of my own insignificance in the grand scheme of things. Can you spot me, a tiny speck in this awe-inspiring landscape? In the face of nature's might, I am reminded of the power and beauty that exists beyond our human realm. 🏔️🔍

Unbelievable Views: Hiking Adventures in the Dolomites 🔥
The Dolomites are a hiker's paradise, offering unrivaled beauty and breathtaking views at every turn. Recently, I embarked on a hiking expedition equipped with the latest outdoor clothing from ODLO. The quality of their gear exceeded my expectations and enhanced my overall experience. As I trekked through the pass of Falzarego, gazed upon the majestic Mount Pelmo, and marveled at the sunset from Rifugio Lagazuoi, the Dolomites displayed their awe-inspiring beauty. With every step, I felt a deep connection to nature and a sense of adventure. The mountains beckon, and I eagerly await my upcoming autumn escapades in the Dolomites.

Traveling in Italy, the capital of art, you will always encounter casual surprises.
The hands of Figure 1 are exhibited by Italian sculptor Lorenzo Quinn during the Venice Biennale, near Rialto in the Rialto market in Venice.
The zippered house in Figure 3 was designed by sculptor Alex Chinneck at the Milan Design Week in April this year in Tortona, Tortona, Milan. He likes "spoof" city landmarks and Old building.
After the exhibition, the work has been removed, and now the works of the other hands of the author of Figure 1 can be seen at the Venice Biennale.

Venice must do ten things
Water City Venice, a beautiful and decadent city, the city is tilting, falling, moving to the ocean every year, and will eventually be covered by the sea, to see her is a race against time. This city of less than 8 square kilometers is divided into more than 100 small islands by dense waterways. The bridges between the islands and the islands are connected in a random way. The ships replace all the traditional land vehicles. The palaces, mansions and cathedrals along the coast are mostly built between the 14th and 16th centuries. They are Byzantine, Gothic and Venetian. All the foundations of the buildings are submerged in the water.
If there is only one day, it is recommended to visit the main island of Venice. If there are two to three days, you can check out the colored islands, glass islands and Lido islands. Here are ten things you must do to Venice.
Venice Gondola
Take a gondola through the alleys of Venice. It is one of the must-see projects for visitors to Venice. A light, slender and chic Venetian boat has a history of more than a thousand years. Although Gondola is becoming more and more commercialized, there is no better way to take a look at this water city by boat. Walking through the canals and bridges, listening to the enthusiastic boatman sings all the way, this is what people think. City of Venice.
Tips: Gondola does not have a clear price tag. The boatman will come to the bar and can bargain. It is recommended to fight with friends or other tourists. Generally, a boat rides six people and will receive 80 to 100 euros. The boarding location is mainly concentrated in front of St. Mark's Square and on the bank of the Governor's Gate. The journey is approximately 40 minutes.
Venice Canal
Venice Grand Canal is the main waterway in Venice, Italy, along the natural waterways from the San Marco Basilica to the Santa Chiara Church. Type, the city is divided into two parts. The Grand Canal is inverted S-shaped, with more than 100 ancient buildings on both sides of the coast being the residences of Venetian nobles and wealthy merchants from the 12th to the 18th centuries. The 15th century French writer and ambassador to Venice, Philippe de Commines, described the Grand Canal of Venice: the most beautiful street in the world, with the most beautiful houses on both sides.
Tips: Since Gondola is more expensive and is used to shuttle narrow waterways, it is recommended to take the Venice water bus on the Grand Canal. The transportation card is roughly the following: one-way ticket is 7.5 Euro, 24 hours 20 Euro, 48 hours 30 Euro, 72 hours 40 Euros, 7 days 60 Euros Purchase location: There are sales outlets at the exit of the main island train station, or available at the ACTV ticket office at each station.
Send to St. Mark's Square for coffee
St. Mark's Square, also known as the central square of Venice, where visitors are woven, full of cafes, restaurants, pigeons in groups, street performers vying, squares A beautiful Renaissance-style building surrounds St. Mark's Cathedral, the Clock Tower, the Palace of the Governors, the National Archaeological Museum, and the Art Museum. Stop and feed the pigeons in the square, drink a cup of Italian condensed, eat a plate of pasta, and spend a good afternoon in the sun-filled square.

Venice's must-see gourmet restaurant recommendation
Venice cuisine with typical Mediterranean characteristics. Every time I went to Venice, I couldn't help but find a few delicious restaurants. I recommended 6 large and small Venetian restaurants and coffee dessert shops. As the saying goes, the wine is not afraid of the alley.
Famous web red restaurant Taverna San Trovaso, near College Bridge
Address: Fondamenta Priuli
Venice City Venice 2nd Day Tour:
Shuicheng Venice, really a well-known tourist attraction, the island is full of boats, no vehicles, and the world's first cafe - Huashen Cafe (resident language) It is really romantic and beautiful.
Transportation: Venice has an airport, but in Italy, it is usually by train, at St. Lucia train station, Milan to Venice, Rome to Venice, all routes, and there are high-speed rail and local trains, high-speed rail. If you can, it will arrive in 2-3 hours.
Hotel: Hotel Principe Venice, the hotel is close to the train station, not even crossing the bridge, the traffic is very convenient, the dock is very close, and the restaurant near the water is said to be hundreds of years old. The old building is gone.
Urban traffic: Water bus, single 7.5 Euro, 20 Euro/24 hours, and 48 and 72 hours, see the demand.
DAY 1 St. Mark's Square - Church - Government House - Bridge of Sighs
Dinner: Italian cuttlefish noodles, yak meat with white wine.
I was transferred from San Marino to Venice, so it was already afternoon, but the scenic spots in Venice are concentrated, all around St. Mark's Square, including Rialto Bridge, Rialto Bridge, Either go early in the morning or sit on the boat. Otherwise, you will see small vendors and can't take pictures. St. Mark's Square often rises, and the disposable shoe covers are 20 Euros at high tide, so you can bring your own. Do not feed the pigeons on the square, and the excrement of birds will cause damage to the building.
Jiaoto Bell Tower is being repaired. According to the speed of the Italians, I dont know what year and month to finish. To see the panorama, please take the boat to the opposite clock tower on the island.
St. Mark's Church is a mixed-race building that blends Gothic, Baroque Byzantium, ancient Rome and ancient Greek styles and is unique. The name of St. Mark's Church is because there is a sage of St. Mark's body, the inside is not allowed to take pictures, remember to send the bag inside, just in the next door. If you want to enter the altar, look at the museum and board the platform, you need to pay almost 10 euros.
There is the world's first cafe, the flower god cafe, which must be punched. The Governors Office tickets are 20 Euros. You can walk through the Bridge of Sighs and feel the sigh.
Dinner is the cuttlefish noodle in the small alley next to the hotel. It is delicious with beef.
DAY 2 Murano Island-Burano Island-La Spezia/Hh/Venice water bus tickets are calculated according to the activation time, relatively reasonable, and the time is ok. I used to go to the colored island from the train station, that is, there is direct access to the island of Burano, but then the local area must be transferred to the glass island, that is, Murano Island for economic problems, but it does not matter, the seaside there. It is also beautiful.
Go to the color island, it is best to leave at 8 o'clock in the morning, and it will be 9 o'clock. There are almost no one on the island. You can pat and shoot at will, without going to the center area, walking along the path, there will be many surprises. After 10 o'clock, various tourist groups on the island came, and the photos seemed to be crowded.
There is a Michelin star restaurant on the island, grapes, vegetables, all of which are grown by themselves. Lunch can be settled here. Then the water bus returned and took the baggage to the Cinque Terre.

Tour in Gondola ~ Venice
#fallingforfall
Gondolas are one of the most iconic symbols of Venice. The entire world knows the silhouette of these elegant Venetian boats plying on the water of the canals of Venice, rowed by the renown gondoliers.
It is true that if there are many reasons for which Venice is famous in the whole world, few are as well known and evocative as the Venice Gondola.
We know that some of you will be happy to just admire and take pictures of these beautiful Venetian boats. But we also know that many visitors are thrilled to experience a gondola ride in Venice, Italy!
Walking around Venice ~🇮🇹
#fallingforfall
Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. It has no roads, just canals – including the Grand Canal thoroughfare – lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. The central square, Piazza San Marco, contains St. Mark’s Basilica, which is tiled with Byzantine mosaics, and the Campanile bell tower offering views of the city’s red roofs.. 😍🤩🇮🇹
Walking in Venice ~ Venezia 🇮🇹🍷😍
Venice, known also as the “City of Canals,” “The Floating City,” and “Serenissima,” is arguably one of Italy's most picturesque cities. With its winding canals, striking architecture, and beautiful bridges, Venice is a popular destination for travel.
Venice is unique environmentally, architecturally, and historically, and in its days as a republic the city was styled la serenissima (“the most serene” or “sublime”). It remains a major Italian port in the northern Adriatic Sea and is one of the world's oldest tourist and cultural centers

Burano Travel Recommendations for 2023 (Updated in Nov)
Burano the colourful island
Burano is an island in the Lagoon of Venice. It is located to the north of Venice, very near Torcello, and is famous for its lacemaking.
The island with about 4,000 inhabitants has a curious leaning bell tower that is visible from a distance.
Burano has become one of the most visited islands for its colourful houses. Every so often, it's compulsory for the neighbours to paint the façades of their homes and they are not allowed to choose the colour but are notified of the specific shade according to where their residence is located. A legend is told that the houses were painted with bright and cheerful colours so that the sailors could see them on gloomy or foggy days.#burano
Burano - Venice, Italy
Burano is a small & colourful island located in the Venetian Lagoon. The island is famous for its picturesque canals, brightly painted houses & lace-making tradition.
The island’s history dates back to the 6th century when it was settled by people fleeing barbarian invasions on the mainland.
The colourful houses are painted due to a legend saying that the different colours help fisherman find their way home in the fog.
I would highly recommend a half-day trip to Burano, to better understand the culture & history of it. Burano is a short boat ride away from Venice, Italy.

Venice City of Water
DATE : May 6
Bonjorno!
Venice is 'city of water', 'city of bridges', 'floating city' and 'city of masks'.
Well ... did Venice make it on my list of one of my most fav city in the world? Probably not!
But I must say that Venice have its own charm. The city itself is beautiful ... The architecture is amazingly unique and have loads of history.
Yeah ... It is a tourist town ... It is overcrowded, really expensive & constantly under renovation... But if you can look pass that you will enjoy Venice .
The main attraction here is Grand Canal, St. Mark Square, gandolas? and Rialto Bridge to name a few.
But for me the real gems is their outer Island - Lido, Burano, Murano AND wandering around back alleys in Venice, observing antique building & get lost! ... I consider myself quite good with directions but here the buildings looks similar and there's hundreds of bridge ... It's like walking in a maze ... You will get lost ... I mean really2 lost & it was so much fun!! But sooner or later you will know your way plus it's an island ... no matter how lost you are it's not like you can get off of it.
Wandering around you will find hidden treasure of Venice, antique places, watch local live their life and play ... Observing people ,their interaction and you will try to guess another person's story ... I love doing it .. When you travel you will met different people with different walk of life ... People watching is very insightful and informative way to know them. It allows you to observe humanity in all its diversity and similarity.
Anyway ... Some tips in Venice : when you first arrive and looking for your hotel pls prepare a map of your hotel location ... Wandering around in Venice is fun ... But walking clueless for hours with heavy backpack is no fun ... Every shops have a business card ask for it ... usually they got a map on that card ... That's how you know exactly where you are ... Don't eat at table outside a restaurant ... Eat inside or take away ... It's cheaper ... Don't eat at places with 20 different languages on the menu or didn't show a price at all ... You'll end up pay a fortune.
Pagi ini kami bergerak ke destinasi seterusnya : Florence
Ciao!!
€2 Gondola Ride in Venice
Instead of forking out a minimum of €80 for a 25-30 minute ride on a gondola in Venice, did you know you can have the full gondola experience across the Grand Canal in Venice for just 2.5% of the cost?
This is all made possible if you go to ‘Gondola Traghetto’ which is only a short walk away from the famous Rialto Bridge. You don’t need to book in advance, just join a relatively small queue of people (even in the summer), pay €2 and hop on the gondola.
There are a couple of drawbacks to this, one being you’ll be sharing the gondola with a number of strangers rather than renting a private gondola for your party. Secondly the gondola trip only lasts roughly 3 minutes as you simply cross the canal rather than travel along it.
If neither of these things put you off then this is definitely a bargain and a must do on your trip to one of the most magical cities in Europe.
