The Oriental in Mandarin Oriental

Mandarin Oriental certainly lives up to its name. The hotel is oriental themed and this can be seen all throughout the hotel. From the hotel entrance, hotel lobby, to the room, oriental elements are everywhere. This is especially so this time of the year with Chinese New Year around the corner. The hotel will be closed for 6 months for a major refurbishment. I’m quite certain the oriental will be retained and I can’t wait to visit the hotel again to see how else I will be wowed by her. #newyearadventure
