Yunnan Off-the-Beaten-Path Travel Route - The Hidden Gem City of Jianshui

Among the many popular travel destinations in Yunnan, Jianshui City in Honghe Prefecture is definitely considered off-the-beaten-path. It takes about 2-3 hours to drive from Kunming to reach Jianshui. It is recommended to stay near the Jianshui Ancient Town Cuisine: I've eaten at several small restaurants, including Li Hua Jian snacks, soy milk chicken, Xinfang Shijun, Fujian cuisine, Yao's barbecue, Huang's Vietnamese rolls, etc. Grass sprouts are a local specialty, and grass sprout rice noodles can be found everywhere; it's recommended to give them a try. As for Jianshui barbecue, there wasn't anything particularly amazing about the taste, perhaps I just didn't go to the right place? Attractions: Ant Workshop, Wulong Lake Urban Park (these two places are very close to each other) Jianshui Ancient Town, the small train, Shuanglong Bridge also known as the Seventeen-Arch Bridge, Zitao Street. Tips: The streets of Jianshui Ancient Town are very narrow, so please be cautious if you're driving. Although the Ant Workshop is not large, it's very photogenic, and you can also view art exhibitions and appreciate a rich collection of purple pottery; it's worth a visit!
