Here, there is no city hustle, only terraced fields and wooden buildings. The Dong brothers and sisters sing the melodious Dong Grand Song as soon as they open their mouths. Join the intangible cultural heritage inheritors in batik, embroidery, silver crafting, and taste the local paddy field fish and oil tea rice. 🔶Transportation: Take the high-speed train from Guiyang to Congjiang, and then a shuttle from the tourist center to the village (10 minutes). 🔷Ticket: 75 per person, valid for 3 days. Visitors from the Greater Bay Area pay 20 per person, and visitors born in the year of the Dragon get a discount this year. 🟥Accommodation: It is recommended to stay inside the village, where most of the homestays are run by the locals, who are very hospitable and can also provide transfers to the high-speed train station (I stayed at Qingshanli). 🟧Cuisine: Crispy pork skin, paddy field fish, dry pot beef tripe, and cold mixed beef are all local specialties.
