Bratislava old town

Walking around the cobbled streets of Bratislava's old town is incredible, with many side alleys and different pieces of architecture to catch your eye. You are surrounded by many small bars and cafes to take the weight off and watch the world go by. It's close to the airport so you can be there in no time. We came in September and it was still very hot, but I imagine it would also be a beautiful place to check out a Christmas market.
