Beijing | Four Seasons Hotel Mio | Italian Cuisine || A few months ago, I was invited to the Italian restaurant Mio at the Four Seasons Hotel for a friend's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. Let me start with the hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel is located on the bustling Liangma River bank in Chaoyang District, and taking a walk on the pier after dinner is really pleasant. The hotel's floral arrangements are beautiful, and I also like the sculpture at the entrance. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, its prime location offers tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle, and the five-star quality is assured. Environment: The ambiance of Mio is quite stunning, with an Italian luxury style. The overall color scheme is a combination of red and black, luxurious yet understated, very photogenic, and suitable for birthdays and anniversaries. The crystal chandeliers are beautiful, and being in such an environment gives me the beautiful illusion of having dinner with the Godfather. Taste: We ordered the restaurant's tasting menu for 788 per person without a service charge, which is quite a good deal for everyday dining. The 7-course menu includes: appetizers, raw Wagyu tartare, spinach pasta, Wagyu sirloin, ice cream, dessert, and after-dinner snacks. Every dish is beautifully presented and delicious, except I don't like caviar, so I gave my portion of the raw Wagyu tartare to a friend. My favorite was the Wagyu sirloin, so delicious it brought me to tears. Since we booked in advance for a birthday, they also gave us a beautiful birthday dessert. Service⭐⭐⭐⭐: From the moment we entered the door, they started wishing us a happy birthday, haha, I'm super satisfied with their service, and the introduction of the dishes was also great. You can easily take the subway from the second floor of the hotel (Changyang Subway Station), which is really convenient for lazy people! There's also a shopping center on the ground floor with Starbucks, a fruit and vegetable supermarket, and there's even a Hema nearby, so overall it's very nice! · 2⃣️The room environment is also very good, with excellent natural light! The rooms have smart curtains, and you can even hold a concert in the shower! 🎶 The soundproofing is also very good, and it's super comfortable to get a good night's sleep! 😴💤
