Good service from counter, friendly and polite. Breakfast is reasonable considering the price they charge. However woke up in the morning but tv said no network. May want to improve on this aspect. Thanks

I requested a 'quiet' room and was given one at the back of the hotel (with no common walls). This was perfect for me as I dislike street noise and noisy neighbours!
The room was good, and the cleaning staff very attentive.
The staff were very helpful to me; especially Miss Liu Xun Shuang.
I would like to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The service was brilliant, especially from 刘训爽, who made sure we had a good stay and also helped us extend our stay. Close to shops, food and sites too.

房間沒有洗澡的拖鞋 全是液晶按鍵也不好用 遙控器建議改進 標準間衹有一個床可以控制 另外一個床控制不了 晚上睡覺空調特別響空調液晶按鍵操作太麻煩有時候還不好用 不過他家的枕頭倒是特別舒服是乳膠的那種 前台服務員特別熱情 服務贊👍🏻

感覺被攜程高評分欺騙了，以後不會相信攜程的評分了，從入住開始講，前台服務人員態度很好，下單後打來電話問入住時間，説要提前給打開空調，這一點不錯。停車場是那種舊樓裏面轉圈往上走的那種，各種標示（還有別的酒店的和商家），很不規則，停車位置看個人技術咯。住進去第一個感覺被坑了，就像那種個人開的招待所的感覺，什麼都有，但是都不對勁，房子不大，床單肯定不是當天換的新床單，很介意這點，感覺不乾淨，睡覺時枕頭上放了件自己衣服，床單可以見照片，有辣椒油點，有臟痕跡，湊活睡了一晚，應該是中央空調吧，不知道那裡在震動，空調開越大震動越大，最後調到最小風速勉強睡了一晚，早餐很一般的那種，粉或者麪不好吃，看着也不是很乾凈。離店倒是辦理的很快，送了兩瓶水。總之不值三百多的價格。以後還是要祝品牌連鎖的，再不好床單被子枕頭是乾淨的。也怪自己，看錯了，還以為是錦江之星旗下酒店。豪華招待所吧最多算是。
