Impeccable hotel, I highly recommend!
Problems with communication with the team because no one spoke English, and at breakfast it was very crowded, it looked like a war to eat.

The room mvac absolutely not cool, there is 33C when we enter the room and still 28C after ac running for 5 hours. and the most terrible thing is, all ac sockets in the room are out of power, it is insane. Nobody answer the room services hotline, even how long time you called.... In these connections, I will not recommend this hotel, we will not come back ever and never.

I had high expectations for the hotel. I booked for three nights after seeing the pictures. The location is good and close to Hengqin Port. The room is quite big, but I saw a used disposable glasses cloth on the bed when I checked in. The most important thing is that the room is too cold. There is no heater. After asking many times, the hotel only gave me a quilt. I slept with my child under two layers of quilts in the middle of the night, but it was cold as soon as I left the quilt! The duplex room has an old design and the air-conditioning outlet is covered with dust. The TV in the lobby on the lower floor cannot be turned on.
