This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old and worn down.
Definitely not prepared for international visitors. Most of the staff does not speak English.

This was more than we expected, the actual hotel, hit springs, sea views and resort were perfect. The location was a little hard to find beciase of the work been done around the complex. During our stay it was difficult to find many places open for food as we didn't want to eat in the hotel.

房間衞生不錯，服務人員在哪都會主動和你問好，很暖心，晚上還有人員上門送水果、取垃圾，問候客人有什麼要求不，早、晚餐自助也很豐盛，温泉種類多樣化，還有空中温泉特色，可邊泡温泉邊欣賞日落🌅！

房間很乾凈，服務也很好，按摩師也很好，套餐還有優惠劵，帶着寶寶一起來的，雖然房間年代久但是很乾凈，泡着也很舒服，下次再來，我和我老公輪流按摩放鬆了一下還是很好的

第一次和朋友來海泉灣度假，來到海洋温泉酒店大堂，給人一種很舒服、温馨的感覺，在辦理入住時服務員很熱情的招待、介紹，中午去泡温泉有很多中葯池。泡的過程中服務員會主動熱情的送給我們一杯水，非常感謝熱情的服務，下午到二樓餐廳吃自助餐，服務員很熱情禮貌的打招呼，並主動帶我們入座，服務很周到體貼。看到自助餐菜品很豐富。有幾個菜非常好吃，剛好是我愛吃的。有潮州鹵水鴨，紅燒大魚，南瓜小米粥，涼拌海帶等等，其中有一位帥哥廚師（C2009）很認真、熱情的為我們介紹食材、做法，味道新鮮又好吃，對這次度假的體驗非常滿意，旅途非常愉快，有機會下次會再過來。
