Knocking on the door in the middle of the night, I don't know why! Scared me so much that I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. No way to complain, no apology! They accused me of touching the hotel alarm, making up stories, really speechless! I have traveled all over the world, this is the only case. I swear I will never stay at an Ibis hotel again!
