房間很新，很乾凈，沒有異味。但是，大家謹慎訂這裏，簡直就是比迷宮還迷，進出口很難找，周圍什麼都沒有，而且這裡是在人工島，快遞外賣都不來，餓了想吃東西衹能打車到3公裡外的吉大。最重要的是，客服真的讓人崩潰啊，從入住到退房沒見到過人，發微信很久才回，打電話説話吞吞吐吐，好像在慢放，而且當我問她出口在哪，她居然回我她也不知道！去口岸城綜合體的路線指引是反的，讓我從後往前看，説好的10分鐘路程，要走進半小時！完全不靠譜！
