Naxian Secret

This place is an absolute gem! It’s boutique and close enough to everything but far enough to feel like a retreat. I was greeted with homemade lemonade and free gift bag! Each day breakfast is brought to you and always had an extra homemade dish like cheese pies or crepes. The reception, the staff, the facilities were amazing. I fell in love with Naxos and it was partly because of the hotel. Thank you to Nico and everyone for being super accommodating. It felt like home!

Seriously, look no further. We stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. The value for money was incredible. The hotel is brand new and everything is modern, from the beautiful pool to the fantastic rooms. There were subtle details which made a huge difference, from the free beach bag when we got to the room, to the ambient lighting all around the room, to the fresh breakfast every day. This is a family run hotel, and Nikos and Katerina are extremely helpful offering excellent service. The breakfast includes all the usual items, as well as a surprise home-made dish by Katerina every day such as apple pie or cheese pie. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back when we are next in Naxos!

This brand new hotel is slice of heaven.. The place is incredibly tranquil with good old fashioned Greek hospitality mixed with contemporary design. Location wise about a 15 min walk into the main square of Naxos town. Rooms are spacious, immaculate with all mod cons, the finish is high end which makes for instant relaxation as soon as you put your bags down. Loved the pool and bar area as you can really just switch off and unwind uninterrupted. Service was impeccable nothing was too much trouble for Nikons and his team. Everyone was warm, friendly and helpful. The team arranged mopeds for a day, recommended the best restaurants and they make a mean Aperol Spritz :) 100% recommended a stay here.

What a great place- thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and while modern is cosy and extremely comfortable. We we stayed in a gorgeous suite with hot tub- everything was just perfect. We didn't use the stunning pool as we enjoyed the beaches along the west coast so much, but it sure looked lovely while eating the delicious breakfasts. We appreciated a la carte rather than buffet for breakfast- the food was always spot on. Already planning a return trip next year. Thank you to Nicholas for his helpful and friendly service and we wish him and Naxos the best in the forthcoming Island Games!

Wonderful newer retreat. Lovely pool, all rooms are beautiful and quiet. A lovely home cooked breakfast everyday. The proprietors are so friendly and helpful. They ordered a massage in room for us, helped rent a car one day to explore the island, made dinner recommendations and reservations. You might want a car, but we enjoyed the lovely walk to central Naxos and back everyday (2 miles RT). Great end of season weather, late Sept. Early Oct. and no crowds!

This place is really nice. The breakfast is to order and is plentiful and delicious. The suites are large and have been designed with stylish decor. They are equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is family owned/run and they really care that you have the best time ever! The service they give is very personal to your needs. You definitely need to hire a car, which they will arrange, to see the island as there are some really pretty villages in the mountains.

Everything about this hotel was 5 star. The rooms are large and very tastefully decorated with everything that you may need during your stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful with extremely comfortable sun-beds and plenty for everyone - no having to get up early here! Some days we were the only ones around the pool. You order breakfast the evening before and can eat it around the pool or have it delivered to your room. The best thing about Naxian Secret is the service. When our ferry was cancelled due to the weather conditions, Katerina emailed me to inform me and helped out with arrangements and Nicolaus was on hand to help with any advice on trips/restaurant recommendations etc. The property is approx 20 mins walk into the centre. We found a better route into town which is via the beach. When you have walked down the road from the hotel, instead of turning right past the supermarket, go straight on towards the beach. There are lots of lovely bars/tavernas along here where you can stop for a drink and watch the sunset on your way into town and is a much nicer walk than along the road. All in all we had an excellent stress free holiday here and I thoroughly recommend it.

This place was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We absolutely love the boutique size of the hotel, being just a couple years old. Everything was really nice and new and fresh. We opened our door each day which overlooked the pool, which was so inviting with beautiful lounge chairs and table service. A huge amazing breakfast was serviced daily where we had of a huge choice of foods that catered for all. The fruit salad, the Greek yoghurt, the eggs. The drinks were all amazing. The team and Nicolas secret were always there to help and guide us on our journey. We recommended beautiful beaches, great places to eat out and things to do during our day. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to relax switch off, have a fantastic time with family or friends!

We are coming to the end of our stay. This accommodation is every bit as good as the reviews it receives. The suites are beautiful with the luxury touches you don't necessarily expect. Nikolas and Katarina are more like friendly hosts and together with Marousa are on hand to assist with all your plans and give recommendations which didn't disappoint! It is a short walk to the vibrant town or nearest beach but being on the outskirts offers tranquility. I would also recommend hiring a car and exploring the pretty villages and beaches of Naxos. The only problem with sharing this review is it may make it harder to return!
