實名誇獎攜程的客服，入住前2小時收到店家電話，表示由於他們原因，問我願不願意跟別人拼房，可以給優惠，回覆後不想之後，收到攜程客服電話，讓我不用委屈自己改房間，因為在攜程平台預訂，有啥他們出面調解就好了👍當然店家態度也很好，房間也挺整潔衞生

酒店很好的，空間相當大，除了衞生間面積有點小，下水道有反臭現象，其他一切都沒什麼毛病，酒店應該處理密封一下下水管道就相當不錯了，這樣的價格能住這麼大的房間性價比相當高的！

已經第二次入住了，房間真的很寬敞，住起來很舒服，床都是1.35的，睡兩個人都可以，衞生也不錯，特別是洗手間，對比之前真的好太多了，馬桶洗手盆都換了，洗手盆冷熱水也有了，給房東點贊👍，説改就改！位置更沒得説，去海邊很近，樓下吃飯特別方便！

説説這次珠海住宿感受：房間有點大，但是沒有裝修過，非常簡陋，1月27號的珠海還很冷，衹有幾度，特別問了老闆有沒有空調，説有。結果是擺設沒有熱風，不過還好，老闆又給我們抱來一床被子。尤其是衞生間，還是農村的那種大圓柱熱水器看着就很壓抑，而且是蹲坑廁所，那個沖水箱沖一下水感覺就要散架，洗臉池沒有熱水，還要小心背撞到頭，洗個臉鞋都被打濕，刷牙要另外去燒熱水。我告知老闆睡覺特別怕吵，不要臨街的房間，老闆説那麪在裝修，雖臨街但不吵，結果對面歌廳唱歌的唱到凌晨一點左右，然後就是來來往往的汽車，我的天幾乎整夜沒有閤眼。總結因為這次在攜程上訂房間時間上緊張，就衹關注了評分，幾乎沒有看評價和圖片，還有到房間看到是這樣的房間應該果斷退房離開，這是我住過最差的房間，沒有之一，寫上面這段話是在凌晨四點過，因為要陪那一輛輛經過的汽車無法睡覺。

這次在珠海連住了3晚不同的酒店和公寓，最後就這家外表雖然看起來不咋滴的公寓，但體驗感最好，房間寬敞明亮，配套設施比較人性化，年輕的老闆也好溝通。並且離海濱公園衹有十幾二十分鐘的路程，去情侶路很方便，不錯不錯👍👍👍值得推薦

這棟樓是比較舊的一棟樓，所以從外面看的話可能會覺得説很破舊。但是這個公寓呢應該是才裝修完沒多久的，就是應該一兩年內的。所以整體來説環境還算可以，公寓嘛就是比較普通，正常，然後衞生也挺好的。就是設施上比如説淋浴頭啊那些的出水不是很順暢，如果可以的話建議換一換咯。
