Last year I wanted to visit Zhenjiang, and I finally made the trip at the beginning of this year. The beauty of Zhenjiang is beyond stunning, and this stay at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang Zhaohe should have added a perfect impression to this trip. The location and the high-speed rail station are only about 10 minutes' drive away. Check-in was smooth. After learning that I was a member, I was given a member drink coupon. Although the weather is a bit hazy, on a clear day you can still clearly see the lake island and riverside scenery opposite. The hotel is very close to Beigu Mountain and can be reached on foot. It is a bit far to walk to Xijin Ferry and Jinshan Temple, but the bus is only 2 stops (3 stops) and 5 stops respectively, which is very convenient (Zhenjiang bus is 1 yuan). Taking a taxi to Xijindu costs about 8 yuan, and taking a taxi to Jiaoshan costs about 12 yuan. I am very grateful to the hotel’s customer service manager, Manager Tang Gan. The location is very convenient, next to Zhenjiang Station, it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, and there are many choices for eating nearby. The bed is too soft and feels not so comfortable.

Sheraton hotel is an amazing hotel. It’s located close to Wanda plaza which makes shopping very much convenient. The service is incredible and the staff are always nice and friendly. They also have an amazing buffet of food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

The room is a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the wind fluctuates from high to low, which is very serious. It is guessed that the fan is faulty and it feels very uncomfortable to use. 2. The sprinkler is severely blocked, causing the water to flow quickly and thinly, and the body feels very bad, so it needs to be replaced. In short, the service attitude of the personnel is good, and some equipment is not well maintained. We hope to improve in time.

I have been on a business trip once before, and it is a revisit of the old place. The breakfast was very rich. There are no residential areas around the hotel and there are few people around. There is a lake in the west, Nanshan on the south side, and there are convenient buses to the attractions. Uniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it
