很奢華的風格酒店，對得起整整五顆星的呢。第一顆星是酒店客房服務和前台服務，隨叫隨到，耐心細緻。

第三顆星酒店衞生是目前出差在外以來相對於我個人而言比較滿意的，舒適整潔沒有濃濃的酒精味，沒有異味和污漬，空氣清新自然。

酒店不錯 環境挺好的房間也很大 但是我想吐槽的是周圍商户的素質低下 有辱鄭州名聲，我從新鄭市區裏面騎車來鄭州玩 晚上11點左右回酒店 酒店門口的停車位已經滿了 我就停在酒店對面的停車位置上 我看到旁邊有禁止停車，禁止停車和酒店門口的停車位還有1米的距離，我選擇停在中間 早上起來退房發現兩個車胎均被放了氣，找了前台前台告訴我前邊有電車維修店 去了鄰居説回老家了 附近沒有修車的地方 我叫了一個貨拉拉 把我拉到就近的九號電動車維修店 去了檢查發現兩個車胎均被扎破，這個事發生在我自己身上我沒話説 如果發生在外地來鄭州旅遊的顧客人身上怎麼辦 鄭州的口碑河南人的口碑就是被這種老鼠屎給攪和的 我勸告騎車來的朋友一定要規範停車 不要鋌而走險 此次不開心的事情與商家無關 噁心我的是周圍的商鋪
