The location is very good as it’s only a few minutes walk to the east gate of the forest park. The hotel manager is friendly and cooperative; and helps with ordering tickets. The room was very good at this price. In all it was a some experience! Note that The hotel doesn’t have elevator .

Nice, comfortable hotel, close to all the attractions in Zhangjiajie, with an owner who speaks perfect English and who even helped us book our ticket for the national park and advised us on the ideal tour.

Am wandering China for 6 weeks. This was a wonderful hostel and Ralph the owner is wonderfully helpful!!

Good hotel with clean rooms and excellent front desk service, particularly with planning journeys in the nearby area. There is currently construction on the main street affecting access to all hotels in the area - better to get a taxi/bus to the national park entrance and then take the short walk from there, our driver got lost trying to get around the roadworks.

The manager Ralph spoke excellent English and, being an ex tour guide was very knowledgeable and helped us to plan our trip. He was very responsive on We Chat while we were there to help us. I got scratched by a monkey and he gave me good advice and support when I had to go to the local hospital for a rabies jab.

The rooms are good for sleeping and doing what you need. I would recommend when you aren’t around as much, because the rooms can be noisy. The location is very good, as it is 7 minutes walking from the forest park. Next to that, Ralph is very helpful with buying tickets and helping you get around. Also very friendly :). On our last day we even shared a meal with him and his friends. Cheers!

This is very convinient location (5 min wal to bus station and park entrance) but the place somewhat lacks the a**osphere and style. We had laundary, the owner Ralph is very helpful, the breakfasts (15yuan) are okey.

This is first time in china for me, im very happy with host very warm welcome me and mom Host : very friendly and can speaking english , Chinese Location: Very good walk from Bus station 5 mins can find the hostel very easy, - Starbucks Coffee and KFC near by the hostel 5 mins it in front of Wulingyuan natural forest park - In main road at night have street food look like night market Service: Host service very good he can help me booking the ticket for 3 days, everyday we plan for our trip with him, he can tell the detail of the program for me make our trip easy, and he can buy the ticket cheaper than the counter, he can introduce for restaurant and order taxi to me, because i’m thai i cannot book with my alipay This area no have big supermarket only local shop around here!! The room not too big but the condition all good I hope will be back again with my family

Very nice and English-speaking owner. Helped us to buy the tickets for the National Park and gave us a hiking map. We can recommend this place!
