民宿阿姨特別好，會去火車站接人，看我們兩個人還免費升了房，酒店環境也相當不錯，離高鐵站進站口大概步行12分鐘，門口就是公交站，去哪裡都很方便，離72奇樓兩站路，離天門山索道大概35分鐘車程，阿姨挺耐心答疑解惑的，設施齊全，晚上更好看可惜忘了拍，還是推薦的

離高鐵站很近，交通方便。可是服務和環境真的不敢恭維。房間四處漏風，空調也不暖和，投影壞了看不了，網絡時有時無，讓送點東西半天都不來。這個價格還是住四季水世界吧，這裏真心不推薦

本次入住，月球酒店張家界高鐵西站店，非常非常滿意。客服非常認真負責，提前就告知如何入住，工作很細心。因為到的早，提前寄存一下行李。客服姐姐還給提供一下換衣服的房間，暫時換件衣服。並且熱心帶我們下樓，領我們到樓下路過那裡，可以等到武陵源的車。非常熱情，異地他鄉很温暖。不踩雷，希望大家都來這裏。便宜還好。

阿姨人特別好 我們找不到路會來帶我們過去入住 房間雖然小小的但挺乾淨的 還有飄窗榻榻米！很喜歡！還有投影儀也很適合看電影追劇追綜藝！就是衞生間小了點 其他都很不錯！

#衞生在民宿中屬於很乾凈了。#位置交通距離西站很近。#房間設施不大，但夠用，衞生間沒有乾濕分離。早上7點開始很多客人開始打電話，門的隔音又很一般……適合晚上下了火車或者第二天一早上火車過渡一晚。

l阿姨人很好，晚上11點還來接我們幫拿行李，民宿離高鐵站走路5分鐘，床超級大很軟，24小時熱水，房間挺乾淨的，不錯的的入住體驗，樓下有飯店早餐店，15分鐘車程到天門山索道站，性價比高

房間衞生乾淨，老闆態度親和，樓下就可以停車，門口有餐館，關鍵離高鐵站衹有五六百米，非常方便。老闆還送了一張停車券，非常感謝老闆，祝老闆生意興隆。
