Excellent, slightly older, large hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom. comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, with a large selection of food. In the very center. we got connecting rooms, so the soundproofing wasn't the best

First room we were given AC did not work. After telling them 3 different times about it through out the day (each time promised it was fixed) we asked for new room. This room the AC worked, but no fridge, smaller room and bed & bed hard as a rock. The room had a big balcony that had rusted steel beams as roof & old cracked tiles for floor and nothing else (no chairs). The grab handle in the shower was dangling by one loose screw & fell off with the first shower exposing rusty screws that we had to be careful not to touch while showering for fear of tetanus. We had to go up the elevator on the even older more delapidated part of the hotel bc the other elevator was broken. Then Sometime early on the morning before we woke on our departure day, the AC was shut off. The room was hot & stuffy by 8am. Though the staff was polite, the condition of the entire hotel is in need of complete renovation or just shuttered for good. A complete waste of money.

Le sobran estrellas, quizás en sus días sí q fuera de 4 estrellas, pero ahora está desfasado. Zonas muy oscuras, habitaciones antiguas, lavabos antiguos. Todo muy limpio eso sí. Desayuno escaso. El poco personal que vimos, muy majo. Nada de vistas, por lo menos nuestra habitación daba a un callejón. Las paredes son de papel, se oye todo lo de la habitación de al lado perfectamente.

No es ni mucho menos un 4 estrellas, por lo menos los de hoy en día. Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general son viejos, aunque la ubicación es muy céntrica. Nos gustó la estancia, pero echamos en falta algunos servicios o más variedad en el almuerzo.

Lo único destacable del hotel es la ubicación a 2 minutos del Pilar. El hotel necesita una reforma (aseos, muebles, ventanas...). Para mí, no corresponde el precio de la habitación (133 euros/noche, AD) con los servicios: hacía frío y no había mantas en la habitación, las ventanas no aislaban del ruido de la calle, la cortina medio rota, no se puede reservar parking.. Y el desayuno, más de lo mismo: escaso, poca variedad y servido en el 'hall' del primer piso. Los ascensores también necesitan un cambio urgente, especialmente un par de ellos donde caben dos personas justas...

Es un hotel muy céntrico, el personal es atento,pero al hotel le sobran estrellas, tuvo sus tiempos de gloria pero ahora mismo es un hotel muy anticuado, huele mal . El parking es caro pero eso no es lo peor porque al final pagas por la situación q es lo mejor q tiene el hotel. Tienen q ponerse manos a la obra y reformarlo.

Hotel céntrico pero viejo,la ducha costaba abrir el grifo el papel de la pared se estaba despegando,las puertas de las habitaciones estaban forradas con vinilos y eso solo es lavar la cara, solo un vaso en el baño de una habitación doble,luces en el pasillo que parpadean y honor a biejo mezclado con ambientador, el personal es el que salva muchos de los fallos
