We had a great 2 nights stay at this Ryokan. Location was near Yufuin Floral Village, and around 20 mins walk from Yufuin JR station. It was a nice walk to Yufuin JR station as there were many shops and eateries that you can visit along the way. Alternatively, there is also bus 36 from Yufuin but terminal that would stop near to the ryokan.
The staff were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a couple of them rushed to help us with our luggage and to also shelter us from the rain. During the entire stay, they made us feel very welcomed.
The Western/Japanese room that we booked was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Note that this is a 2 storey living area - level 1 had a bathroom with private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as the living room, while level 2 had a toilet (w/o bath) and 1 western bedroom as well as 1 Japanese bedroom.
There are 4 public onsen in the ryokan. 2 for female and 2 for male. They would rotate it during the day and night to allow everyone to try out the different onsen.
We also had our breakfast and dinner at the ryokan as part of the package. The dishes were different on both days. The spread was huge and food tasted great. Note that there are very few places open at Yufuin during dinner time.

The staff are very responsible, serious and enthusiastic
All details are well controlled. From the check-in guide to the final departure, the same staff is responsible for our check-in.
There is a private bath in the room, and we also went to the public bath outside. The various designs make people relax.
One stay, two meals. The food is of a very high standard. Dining is in a dedicated dining area. The room has two floors. There are tatami mats upstairs and two single beds. It is quiet and quiet.
It takes 15 minutes to walk from the station, and it is easy to reach with luggage. There is a car to take you there when you leave.

I was worried after making the reservation because there weren't many photos or reviews, but the location was good, the facilities were clean, spacious, and the outdoor bath was the best.
There was nothing to complain about and the meal was perfect. Of course, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, especially one who spoke Korean, so it was comfortable.
I've been there for a while. I think I'll book again next time I go to Yufuin.

Very big and Nice private onsen room. The only downside about the outdoor private onsen was it had a lot of ants and I also saw a worm.
Also they allow you to store your luggage and leave your car in their parking after check out so you can walk around the area afterward :)

Everything is perfect. Though late checkout is not allowed, taking a rest in the warm and cozy waiting area while waiting for our scheduled train/bus is acceptable.
