現在外面天氣炎熱，我在高速上的時候就接到了前台工作人員給我打的電話，詢問我房間需不需提前要開空調。剛進入酒店大堂，前台、保潔阿姨都很熱情的跟我打招呼，在辦理入住時前台還很貼心的給我遞了一瓶冰的礦泉水。這點小細節非常打動我。真的要給這家酒店的管理團隊點贊，因為你們在服務上關注細節，重視賓客的感受，所以才為我帶來了賓至如歸的體驗。

不想説，三百多的房價，一個被套上面既然能粘香瓜籽，到底是沒換還是怎麼。來沅陵出差想着找個好點的酒店住着舒服也放心。浴室裏的毛巾就隨意放到洗漱台下麪，消沒消毒也不知道。如果消毒是不是可以用塑料袋包裝好。標註已消毒。毛巾加浴巾黑黢黢的，誰敢用。當時太累了就沒有下樓換房間，睡例外一邊床，例外一邊有沒有哪些東西就沒有看，直接睡了，到了今天退房，跟前台説了，前台就拍個照，一句不好意思😅。荒唐。太荒唐了

經常入住維也納也算比較衞生的酒店，在沅陵唯一的維也納總體來説還是不錯的，前台服務對的上價格就是早餐不怎麼好吃，房間還給我升級入非常感謝！
