Used to enjoy comming to Beltera but this time we were really disappointed. No longer have the buffet open and alot of the slots were unpluged or not working. Only two of the shops were open. Maybe they are remodeling?

Room was clean, but the heater in the hall was making a shrill noise. I asked to have maintenance look at it. The guy came up was rude and the noise was louder when he left. The only way you could not hear the noise was with the tv on. So needless to say we slept with the tv on.
We normally have good visits here. But not this time. Staff at Stadium restaurant was rude as well.

Ask me what I didn’t like. I booked a smoke free room and our room stunk like cigarettes so bad that I had to spray perfume all over just so we could sleep in there

I liked how convenient everything was within the hotel.. The ******, shops, places to dine and the great staff.. What i didn't like there was nothing else there outside of the ******.. No mall our dollar general.. It was really remote...

We ordered dinner at the sports bar I said and wait it was like over a half an hour and I told the girl that I’m sitting right here when my food comes and they were very young and immature. The bartender that I spoke with about my order being a long time, she got with the girls and explained that they should have notified me because I was sitting right there and I said all I want you to do if you could just please heat our food up because we have no microwave and they threw the soup away. They were all out of soup that we wanted and gave us chicken noodle and they re-cook the stuff and I would write the food there. We got that night at three.

This hotel is conveniently located in florence indiana. Beautiful facility located on the ohio river. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, The people working there were friendly and polite. I just wish you had more machines in the non-smoking area. Otherwise the stay was perfect.
