這家客棧在芙蓉鎮景區裏麪價格適中，住宿的環境衞生也 比同價的星級酒店好很多，服務態度也非常好，冬天了他們還會提前把放間空調打開，前台24小時都有人，有需要一個電話就解決了，值得推薦

客棧辦理入住很快，芙蓉鎮不大，但是各種小吃都有，客棧衞生也很乾凈，從陽台往外看就能看芙蓉鎮的一個全景，都懶得下去逛古鎮了，晚上回去腳上不小心被竹簽扎到了，打電話跟前台説要個針線包，一下子就送來了，還給我們備了碘酒和創可貼，服務很不錯，有求必應，下次我還是會住這一家，太貼心了

我對芙蓉鎮的第一印象就在於我選擇的客棧十二城—芙蓉鎮，這裏的老闆和服務員都非常熱情，車可以直接開到客棧的門口，一次下車就有管家來拿行李了，辦完入住再送我們到房間去，非常貼心，房間都是密碼開門的十分安全，以及他們的下午茶小糕點做的也十分有特色，味道甜而不膩，蛋撻都是現吃現烤的，很周到[強][強]

房間設施很有特色，陽台可以看到古鎮的景色，也可以喝茶發呆，到酒店後去鎮外面吃飯，高鐵接送，古鎮導遊都有私人管家服務等等（都是免費的），值得推薦。

煙雨中的古鎮別有一番風味，
🚗 交通：老闆人超級好，直接會來接送的
🍃環境：特別的愜意，陽台特別大，茶具這些都有
🧹衞生：乾乾淨淨的，完美❤️
🔔服務：這是我住過這麼多酒店服務最好的一次，小吃點心水果牛奶送不停，還有早餐還有紅酒咖啡☕️哈哈哈哈，我這個吃貨都吃不完，客棧老闆人超級好，一下車就在車站門口等我，還很耐心的介紹景區景點，老闆小哥哥還是個帥哥喲🤭而且他們家客棧每個人都特別親和👍👍服務這一塊的天花板了， 十二城真的真的強烈的推薦給你們❤️❤️❤️

酒店在景區內，地理位置極佳，有免費接送站服務，很貼心，下午到了之後還暖心的送來下午茶點，筆芯♥️；還專門配了管家小哥，晚上帶我們逛了一圈古鎮，服務一對一很到位，臨走的時候還贈送了伴手禮，很熱情❤️，極力推薦的民宿哦！！！

逛逛、拍拍、坐坐、歇歇…冬天的芙蓉鎮是淡季，人不多，很舒適。十二城客棧的小姐姐、小哥哥服務太好了，有任何需求一個微信，她們就馬上實現了。在小鎮裏逛累了也能第一時間開車出現在我們面前接我們“回家”休息。服務無可挑剔。客棧環境清幽，趕緊整潔，觀景陽台也很贊，可惜太冷了，我們沒啥機會坐。有機會可以夏季再去住住。
