Excellent hotel, Great helpful staff. The only thing negative I can say , the room was very small, I'm sure they have bigger rooms, maybe I did not notice the room size when I booked. Breakfast was excellent, even though we were late after 9 AM which we did not realize that in Japan most of the places breakfast ends at 9AM, not like in USA 10AM The location is the best, right next to the River and walking distance to the Gondola the Ferris wheel. The view from the breakfast room is awesome, over looking all the gorgeous beauty. Enjoy Yokohama. I loved this City.

Good view of Harbour, room not big, breakfast is tasty and wide variety, bit hard to find entrance, borrow umbrella is good service. Price is a bit high hope can be cheaper

I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.

View is good but room is too small for comfort. Other then that it is worth getting a room there.

The location was great next to the train station. The room quite old especially the sofa and the carpet. No bottle of drinking water provide. The guests have to drink from the water tap from the bathroom. Not very well clean up. When we enter the room after check in, there is used toothstrick from the former guests on the sofa.
