酒店環境絕美…管家利利服務非常貼心！提前聯繫到店時間，準備歡迎手巾飲品，睡前還準備了晚安羹送到房間，下午阿姨準備的鹵味小吃餐車，有茶葉蛋、烤紅薯好多小東西超級好吃！第二天下午還帶我們體驗陶藝製作紫砂茶杯。離店還有贈送離店小禮盒……是一次舒心的度假之旅…

自然環境是很不錯的，能長苔蘚的地方，空氣勢必好。
語自在有日式温泉旅館的風格，從到達那一刻開始就是不停吃。小吃車的鹵味，山芋，茶葉蛋都很好吃。咖啡的味道也很好。相比晚餐略遜色。但是晚餐少油少鹽還是很健康的。晚上還有送到房間的宵夜，是桃膠雞頭米，有江浙特色。第二天的早餐又很豐盛，滿滿一桌，全部吃完了。
還參加了陶藝體驗活動，自己做了個紫砂杯。剩下的邊角料做了條狗，來宜興總要體驗下紫砂陶藝的。

非常棒的入住體驗，宜興竹海住宿天花板，從全屋設施、備品到服務態度、衞生狀況都十分優秀，淡季入住非常安靜悠閑，1v1管家服務也非常細緻，有什麼事情都可以直接溝通。前台小姑娘服務態度也非常好，我們想要參觀其他房間也耐心講解，總體體驗滿分👍

很讚的住宿體驗，很貼心的服務，餐食考究，做工味道都很贊！
語自在應季歡迎點心禮盒、早餐、晚餐（可選中西式套餐）、睡前營養甜品、還有小禮物都超預期，臨行還給備上點心和水，還幫我給爸媽拍的照片打印出來做成了相框，暖心🥰。
民宿離竹海公園步行距離，超級方便！在房間裏可以看到竹海的山頂。
