Overall, it's still a good choice for the price. Although we only booked a two-bedroom room type, the overall space is very large, and the room and courtyard are very spacious. It is very suitable for family and friends to drink tea and chat here. The hotel's private bathing pool is also very comfortable. The slight disadvantage is that the recent occupancy rate may not be high, so you need to clean the pool before using it. After nightfall, turn on the lights in the room and courtyard, which is very warm and a**ospheric. The only fly in the oin**ent is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so you need to prepare enough mosquito repellent water in advance.

我訂的是卡通房，給我普通房，衹是床上放張卡通被就叫卡通房？太騙人了，而且我們回去時看到別人訂的同等價格的卡通房完全不一樣，這不是叫騙消費者？

酒店極其差！！服務差！設施差！真的住7天酒店都比這個好，看到好評想來的請慎重 預訂了12月31日入住，1月1日離店，入住需知寫着：入住時間為下午3點，第二天離店時間為早上12點前 1、12月31日下午2點多到前台辦理入住，被前台告知房間還沒收拾好還需要1個小時時間收拾，叫我們掃碼加微信進羣，有什麼問題在羣裏@管家處理，一行人向前台要了房卡，先把行李放進未打掃的房間，打算放好行李後去外面逛逛晚點回來處理燒烤食材，一進門發現一片狼藉，房間院子處的牆壁有裂縫，沙發都是污跡，草坪也是臟兮兮，簡直沒眼看，太噁心了真的。下午5點左右回酒店，進房間發現，還沒打掃！進的微信羣問了管家，無人理會，最後實在忍無可忍打了投訴電話，才有兩名阿姨進來，衹是換了床鋪補充了清潔用品，根本沒打掃，就又消失了，直至真實入住時間是6點半！！辦了入住之後根本沒人管你！打電話給前台也是各種敷衍 2、處理食材的時候廚房水槽下面水管接口處冒臟水，臟水流的地板都是，簡直臟亂差 3、温泉時間為晚上8點到10點，泡完温泉後，準備洗澡，發現沒熱水，隨後兩名維修人員敲門問我們是不是沒熱水，後來進房間院子查看了泡池旁邊的閥，説：忘記關樓頂儲水罐的按鈕，泡池出的熱水把樓頂儲水罐的水都用完了，所以洗澡沒熱水，還需要等待幾個小時才有熱水洗澡！直至等到11點半才有温水！是温水！後來有個值班經理敲門問我們要不要去隔壁幾棟先洗，難道我還要提着行李去別的房間洗完澡再回來？！ 4、停車也是毫無規劃，辦理入住的時候前台就説，停車位自己找，開車進去完全堵死，本來兩車道，有一邊車道都停滿了車，導致變成單車道，進來就出不去，沒人指揮沒人管理
