The pillow is too soft The quilt is too thin Happy hour is placed in the lobby where people come and go. It doesn't feel good. It seems that all tenants can sit down, drink tea and rest. The room is on the third floor, opposite the 7-11. Passers-by on the first floor were chatting in the middle of the night, and they could all hear clearly. Good breakfast The hot spring pool in the room is also good and has ventilation.

Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

飯店的服務人員非常棒，很有耐心也很細心，讓此次出遊非常愉快。 頂樓的泳池與 SPA 池都很不錯，但 bar 的酒選不多，比較美中不足。 特別值得一提的是，早餐的選擇很豐盛，也很好吃，這在一般飯店中比較少見。 但比較令人遺憾的是大眾裸湯的位置，因為在隔壁棟 (捷絲旅旅館) 的地下一樓，因此必須走到戶外、穿過捷絲旅一樓大廳 (餐廳的位置)，當天在 check out 前我穿著浴袍去泡裸湯，沒想到會經過這麼多衣著整齊在吃早餐的人，有點尷尬。 其他的都很棒！

位置很好，停車方便，大廳招待飲料點心，早餐供應選擇多。

介紹仔細，服務人員親切友善。自助早餐及環境都非常好。有機會一定再去。

房間很大，離熱門餐廳和火車站都很近。 浴衣上有一個巨大的洞….

I had a great experience during my stay this time. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows in the room are very comfortable and spacious. I like the breakfast in this hotel the most. It is very rich and filling. The most considerate thing is that there are free drinks and snacks in the refrigerator in the room, as well as facial masks that girls like. After a tiring day's journey, I return to the room. Soaking in the hot springs and applying the mask is really enjoyable! Awesome 👍👍👍 worth recommending!

Except for the lack of underground parking spaces, everything else is good The location is very good. It’s easy to go shopping nearby and there are a lot of things to eat and do. The facilities are also well planned, which is perfect for a hot spring bath in cold weather.
