華而不實的酒店，工作原因經常在園區周圍住宿，第一次住這個酒店，宣傳的多麼智能先進，本來挺期待的，結果細節漏洞百出，作為酒店首先要住的乾淨，結果一進屋就發現牀頭櫃下面有上位客人留下的深色液體污漬，聯繫前台清理了，然後打開被子，一根短髮頭髮在床單上，我和同行人都是長髮，懶得再叫保潔，自己清理了，然後穿着外衣睡了一晚，晚上刷牙的時候，牙刷包裝上有黏黏的東西，看起來像膠，本來也不是大事但是這一連串連環問題導致非常膈應……出差已經很累了膈應的我一宿沒換衣服……早餐確實不錯，服務人員態度也不錯，但是細節之處可以看到酒店管理不到位，還不如亞朵全季，酒店的體驗不是弄點彩色燈光或者弄個天貓精靈就多好了，最基本的乾淨衞生都做不到，反正以後不會再來了

菲住布可酒店房間乾淨衞生，裝修還很新，配備天貓精靈，機器人，很有科技感，孩子很喜歡。
雙人床房間還配有兩個洗漱台，衞生間空間很大，很滿意。
服務也及時周到，一個電話服務員就上來幫我們把蛋糕寄存到酒店冰箱。
大堂經理態度很友好，為我們升級雙床房
給孩子贈送自助冰淇淋。
整體還是一次很好的住宿體驗。
外環境安靜，離西溪濕地公園比較近，離西湖景區比較遠，可以按需求安排。
