Stunning view if the weather allows you to see the mountain Ararat. Fabulous breakfast. Many thanks to all the amazing staff for special attention to my mom's birthday. Especially thanks to Shushanik for her proactive way of work! The guys at reception also very helpful. Very clean rooms. Overall 10/10.

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

Breakfast and restaurant staff, which speaks quietly in many languages, is a separate topic. You will find everything behind a modest breakfast, with everything very fresh and delicious, with the right feed. Apart from the right Swedish table of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruit, cashes and sweets, the young beautiful and very original actress Lilia, or any other staff of the restaurant, For you, he will cook aromatic coffee in the east and prepare an omlet as you need. The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

Good hotel, simple but good. Stopped here for the third time, Clean. Air conditioning, on the street was plus 37. Water, teapot, refrigerator, lots of in the bathroom of all the necessary things.
