Great hotel in the center of Yerevan with very good service and comfortable rooms- very close to the central square

Great! We stayed at another hotel before, but we didn't like Aviatrans and decided to change the hotel. And we were right! The price is a little higher, but the staff is beyond praise! They asked a couple of times if everything was okay in our room. The breakfast is good. The child slept through breakfast and we were allowed to take food with us to the room. The room has wonderful robes and cosmetics. Enough of everything. Water, 2 coffee capsules, tea. The nearest currency exchange office in the SAS store with a good rate is only 300 meters away. The cafe makes great Armenian coffee. We will probably be happy to return to this hotel again if we are in Yerevan.

The hotel is very close to Republic Square and has convenient transportation. You can order breakfast when there are few people, and the service is very thoughtful. When the weather is good, you can open the window to see Mount Ararat. The price is moderate and it is worth recommending! The bathroom of the 20-square-meter room is spacious, but the room is a bit small. If you have requirements for the bedroom, please book it!

Excellent modern and clean hotel for the money! We were greeted with delicious lemonade. Breakfasts are not bad. The location is great! The entire center is within walking distance.

Excellent hotel three minutes walk from Republic Square. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, cosmetics are available. Comfortable bed)) Breakfasts are quite tasty, hot dishes change. The only minus is that the standard room is very small

Excellent small hotel, very conveniently located. Clean, cozy, good breakfasts. Very polite and hospitable staff. We found one minus, very conditional - a problem with parking a car, but they promised to help if such a need arises.

Disadvantages: The price of the local hotel may be high. It is a very ordinary hotel. The room becomes smaller after adding a bed. There is no sofa as shown in the picture. It is difficult to open two suitcases. Advantages: It is convenient to go out. The landmark is a few minutes away. There is a girl at the front desk who tries to communicate with you in simple Chinese she learned by herself. She is sincere and gentle. 90% of the high score of this hotel is because of her sincerity. Thank you.

I booked a superior room. The room was just the right size, clean and quiet, and I could see Mount Ararat. The breakfast was rich and different every day. I stayed there for 7 days and I didn’t get tired of it. The location is not far from Republic Square, a 5-minute walk. It's accessible, there are supermarkets and internet celebrity restaurants around, it's worth recommending.
