Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

The location of the hotel is great- it's very close to Cascade and Opera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the view from the window is nice. There is a swimming pool at the hotel but you have to pay 6000AMD for one hour, which is a bit weird as it should have been complimentary for the guests.

One of the best hotels in Yerevan! Great location - the entire city center is within walking distance! The rooms are large and stylish. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect hotel, very close to France Square and therefore in the center. All important sights can be reached on foot. Great rooms, very clean, the breakfast should be highlighted. I have been to many countries in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, and for the first time I had a really hearty breakfast to enjoy. All employees extremely friendly helpful, that's how service works. Misleading again and again, three times in a row, will inevitably make people feel suspected of defrauding domestic customers jointly with overseas agencies. We paid for a high-grade hotel and ended up being offered a low-grade room type three times in a row. The customer service staff is also extremely unprofessional, does not verify the reservation information, and responds to customers at will. Isn't Ctrip's training center ashamed?
