優：房間夠寬敞，視野好，天氣好的話可以躺床上看日出，有個露台的小陽台，和隔壁萬豪享受一樣的景色，海景房這個價格性價比很高了。
缺：冬天室內氣温沒有很暖和，需要穿毛衣才不冷，地暖恆温22度左右，怕冷的想開空調暖風不工作，熱水比較少，想洗長時間的熱水澡不夠用。
